1) Move the end reds from the shields to the attacks.
2) Swap hover for Air Supp much more useful for a tank IMO
3) Change Taunt slotting to 2 Recharge 1 Taunt
4) Drop RPD and pick up either Aid Self or Tough if doing tough route drop enery punch and get weave as well.
5) Stick another Recharge in Unstoppable and add an End mod as well.

Thats all I can think of at the moment.

No end reds in invuln toggles is a recipe for disaster, in my opinion you need at least 1/2 to make it a playable build.

Weave personally the def boost is so little the power slot could be used to a much better advantage although tough would be put to good use for the extra res.

I'm up for this too Also, offering incentives for villains with confuse if that helps

I'd have to disagree on that one, FE is awesome when coupled with SS.

Personal preference but id loose one of the acc's in consume, with the end mod it only needs to hit a few foes for full endurance gain. I would also swap RoTF for haymaker and re-jig the power order. Apart from that looks good!

Sounds about right for sirens, then when you kill them they come out with the statement "you have a way overpowered build" or they make up some pointless excuse.
