CoV Union has been poo for teaming since a month after release when the whole CoV bubble popped. Make a toon that can quite easily solo, or u'll find ure self levelling really slow unless you have SG or a regular team to PvE with.

Not really... Psy Tornado is just DoT not instant like Fire Ball, I've had every controller epic on mine, IMO psy is best overall. Specially with 8 seconds downtime on Indom Will and Psy Tornado recharging in about 10 seconds

As goes for IO's i can easily notice the difference on the toons i have done so far.

What's the point in Hamidon anyway? When the STF is fixed and giving HO rewards, you can complete that in around an hour.

Blaster probably would still hit through with PB'd Aim and BU, as well as fort.

I have 5 Doctored Wounds IO's and 1 Accuracy IO in my fire/kin troller's Transfusion, sometimes it hits 414, sometimes it hits 423, for some weird reason.
