The flash header is not planned to be re-used on the new vBulletin platform. We'll have more details on the "new" look as we get closer to deployment. The initial beta forums will be pretty plain-jane to start.

100% agree. Siphon Speed would be a powerful tool for a melee class, and Energy Aura is definitely the place to put it. Probably decrease the debuff numbers slightly and shorten the range and you'd be golden.
Obviously, you would either have to increase the recharge time so that it could be made perma, but very difficult to stack OR decrease the buffs provided so that stacking the buffs would be trivial... or just make the buffs non-stackable.
That said, powers are RARELY if ever replaced, so I doubt we'll be seeing siphon speed making an appearance here :'( -

Shields - It won the freaking poll, people wanted it, 'nuff said.
Powerset Proliferation - Villainous Empath (i.e. Pain Domination). Not a direct port, but desperately wanted villain-side.
Bases - Fixes are coming, we don't know what yet.
Mission Creator - Anyone saying this is pointless misses entirely how powerful a tool this is going to be.
Khelds - The AT needs a good work-over to bring them up to par with other ATs. Castle has agreed, and is looking at them. Why debate that?
One last nit pick... you claim all you have time for is a KTF, yet you would rather them fix the CoP trial? Really?
Besides all of that, lets wait until we actually SEE some of i13 before we start flipping out. I remember how badly dual blades were received when the first few screenshots were released... and then voila, custom weapons made all [most] of those worries vanish. Patience people... patience... -

Depends on how reduced rewards are, and how clever people are. If you can set up a mission that allows you to defeat mobs three times faster than average, then even with half xp you'll level 50% faster. But it's all just a wand and see game at this point.

Which was my initial guess as well, but since missions will only get full benefits once bumped to "dev pick" (to counter balance farming in the first place), I don't see how they'd ever be farming missions. -

Actually, they said there were several changes/improvements for bases, they just haven't said WHAT those changes are yet!
Personally, I love everything that we've been told thusfar, though I am quite eager to hear more about the mission creator (and how creative we can be with it) and base improvements.
I'm also keeping my fingers crossed that the base improvements will bring a prestige grant with it... those are all sorts of fun[edit] My assumption on this is that if there is one, it won't be announced until the last second, so people don't pad their roster too much. This is actually the delusion I'm going to hold onto all the way to i13 going live, unless a dev steps in and... lets me down easy

The problem I see with the face is that the face is going to one angle and the rest is going towards another. I definitely dig the way you did the wings, the blades, and the auras around them. I think to make the piece more solid, I'd actually get rid of the back arm entirely as it would make for a much more solid silhouette. Your forearm on the front arm is a bit too long, and the hand is lacking structure. That said, I also wanted to ask if this is a photo manipulation attempt like your DA gallery, or if you're attempting to strike out on your own?

Great feedback everyone, lots to take into account. It'll be a couple of days before I have a chance to implement some of these changes, but I'll post an update soon.
Oh, and this is a from-scratch image, I actually prefer to stay away from photomanips (it just so happens that's all I ever posted to Deviant Art). -
Interesting point, I hadn't quite noticed until you pointed it out. I've always had an issue with shifting the perspective on a given model. Should be simple enough to tweak, thanks!

Hey all, this is my first actual post here in the Fan Art forum, so... yay!
Now... I've been working in a piece based on my Bleach-themed DB tank, Tsuin Hyouchuu. I'm looking for some feedback from people that know what they are talking about, both in regards to art and CoH, so this seemed like a good place to ask for it.
So... what do you all think? Am I finished (I tend to nit pick my own work much longer than is healthy)? Are there areas that really need to be improved or just don't work? Any feedback you all can provide would be great. Thanks!

Well I can see it being defaulted like normal mishes. If we are able to put our own AV's in the arc then they should reward properly. I mean an AV is an AV and the minions, LTs, Bosses already have their coding for xp + difficulty settings I am sure, so I don't see where there can be an issue with rewards.

See, here's the problem... I might be expecting too much from the up-coming mission creator... because now I want to be able to write content for my themed sg that will stretch from level 1 to 50. Granted, that's a really tall order, but come on... if you could do it, wouldn't you? -

Y'all are complaining of the overpopulated servers being locked out? And you blame server transfers, right? Um...
Doesn't everyone have the same number of character slots on Freedom? Everyone has the same capacity to create characters on Freedom as everyone else. What difference does it make if the characters there are transfers or "home grown?" I personally have every slot on Freedom filled with an alt, and not a single one of them is a transfer. If I decide to play these alts this weekend, I'm as much a part of the problem as the "rampant transfers" everyone seems so paranoid about. Everyone thought transfers should be restricted... Should we restrict the number of characters a player can create too?
I truly don't understand why everyone is complaining about the population caps. The caps are OVER the previous population limits... and the lag/stability issues have all but disappeared. This means that the servers can handle more people, and handle them better than ever before. The only issue here is that so many people are logging on (across ALL of the servers) that people are now aware there IS a cap. There might not have been a true ceiling before, but a lagfest server DOES indicate a server that is very overtaxed, which is kinda the whole issue the server upgrades were trying to take care of.
Servers are finite, people, and character slots are the same for everybody. I'd hate to be locked out of my home too, but as several have mentioned before, everyone complaining here would have started a different thread about lag if there was NO cap. -
As a way of an update, I have now added the basic guide to procs on the front page of my guide. The specifics for each IO/AT is still lagging behind. I started with a far too intensive approach, trying to give a guide to every power that each proc can be slotted in. The problem there was, as fast as I would input the data I would get reports that my previously 'confirmed' tactics were invalid, and have to go back and change them.
What I am going to do now is list the stats of each procs, its overall usefulness, and then list the applications where each shines, and then post a few warnings for bad power locations, as needed. Let me know what y'all think.
