Oh and I would also like to see a posesssion powerset where you take direct control of the enemy's body, kinda like Harbinger from ME2.
I would also like to see shape shifting where you steal enemy's appearance and powers.
Doubt any of these will happen though. -
I promise that I will no longer complain about things that make me unhappy or bitter.
ha-ha -
Marionette/Puppets-on-a-string MM.
Edit: Yeah and also metal control and chains/whips. ^
Metal control could be holds by magnetising your foe and covering them in metal as well as ranged attacks by hurling shards of metal and impaling enemies with metal spikes. -
Yeah like said, poisonous ray is probably the last mace blast you want to skip. If you wish to build purely melee bane somehow, then I guess it is skippable.
-
I went with robotic drones. No real reason other than the looks.
-
Hope they tweak poison for corrs etc. If it's up to par with other corr secondaries, then I'll consider rolling another corr.
Rest of the list doesn't really make me excited, well maybe /dark for blasters and BS for broots.
Edit:
Now ill/ for dominators would make me excited, but I doubt that will happen lol. -
Quote:Yeah true that.Gotta' say, tromping around in Psimon's brain was pretty entertaining...
But I think Psimon Sez was about collecting some crystals and using them in the end to turn rikti transformation victims into real rikti. Then use these mutated people as minions to fight Aurora Borealis. -
Lol, I don't find this game "emotionally engaging" one bit.
But if i had to pick one, Westin Phipps' freakshow teacher arc was pretty nice. It gave me a warm feeling of being a huge **** in a video game. Wish there was more villainy content like that. I really enjoy playing a bad guy in a video game, especially if there's an option between good and evil.
Edit:
"Psimon Sez" and "Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge" were actually a lot fun too. The latter one is even more fun when you find a reference to it in a Vernon's arc. -
Thanx for the clarification.
Was wondering what was the value of those 400 points.
So now I can buy individual things from boosters instead of buying the entire pack? That's pretty cool I guess. -
Thank you, appreciate it.
Oh and lol @Mystic Fortune.
The /e swoon and /e collapse were the highlights of the new incarnate rewards for me. They're my "I'm on strike" emotes. Don't know why falling on your face/back are tied to incarnate content though.
Also what does /e catchbreath do? -
I did and I still don't get why the incarnate system specifically. lol
I have tha auras now myself tho, still can't see anything epic about it.
Edit: The iAuras may be nicer looking than the normal auras, I admit. However that's a prolly because the normal auras came long time ago. Bit like old vs new in weapon models or for example if you compare the blockheaded Hellion models to the new Rikti or IDF.
Just cuz I think it is. If you ask someone else, they prolly have different opinion. lol
If u want to know why I think that way, then I can just say that I was turned off big time by the unavoidable pulses and having to drag an agroed AV around the map to complete objectives. -
I took robotic drones, they seem pretty weak, but they look pretty cool and simple.
-
Quote:Ya that's actually a good point. I don't really see anything incarnate-like in a binary code or pixels, because they are the most interesting ones imo.The whole source of the problem is that they aren't more flashy. People are unhappy with auras arbitrarily being locked behind the Incarnate system without rhyme or reason. The "sign of power" for what it's worth, doesn't really work anyway, since once they are unlocked, you can put them on any character, even one at level 1.
That said, if they were Incarnate themed, I doubt many people would have such a beef. Most people are okay with the Ascension Armor and UltimatePower emote being Incarnate-locked, it seems to me. -
I'm kool with trials if they don't require a league. Getting sick of all the downtime.
-
Don't mind the costumes/auras being unlockable.
I do mind however that astral merits cannot be obtained by converting. I also think that the Keyes has the worst trial/tf design by far. lol -
-
The reason me and my pals started speeding was because back in the day merits were worth more money, so we would run ITF-LGTF-LRSF for merits a couple of times a day. We just found speeding more challenging and fun, plus we didn't want to spend too long on TFs we already knew inside and out.
However when a new TF is introduced, I run them legit without speeding to understand the maps and objectives better.
Then there are also few missions that have such epic feel to them that I have no interest speeding them, for example the final mission on Silver Mantis. Too bad TFs/SFs like that are rare. -
It would be pretty kool if tfs had choices between good and evil in them. Or alternatively voluntary tip missions players would receive after TF completion. The tip mission would relate to the TF story and the player could also receive alignment points depending on how they complete the tip mision. Sorta like an encore where you could pick between a happy ending and not-so-happy ending lol.
Also I prolly shouldn't be telling this, but there's a glitch in the LGTF where you can actually kill penny yourself lol. If you have stealth and Penny is not following anyone after she gets rescued, her targeting reticule will turn from blue to orange. When you attack her (with ranged attacks of course) she will attack you and will be hostile towards you. I think this is de facto, the fastest way to complete the first mission, because average player can kill Penny in couple of seconds. -
Lol ^. Those pictures made my day, flawless execution right there.

Congrats, lol!

I got few kinda cool pics.
Contemporary art (also a good sign to boot the notebook lol)
Nice pink mesh gloves (another sign to boot the laptop)
Cool pose from my char.

Dis is what my desk top looks like, sry it's messy.
My PC desktop is even messier with game shortcuts and WIP projects. -
Yeah it seems that was it. "Re: SALE HAS ENDED!"

My 2nd booster pack now, after magic lol. Super sales are actually gd idea, because I can justify the 3,5 price tag for the temp powers...I want to see science or martial arts next.
