And this is why I fully supported farming nerfs.

Hm, it's possible that Pocket D is stopping me from harming myself with its magic no aggression powers. I'll need to try it in another zone sometime.

-steamy mist gives 5% defense and 20% resistance to fire/cold/energy. I prefer to max steamy mist for resistance than defense but again, personal preference.
-maneuvers provides 3.5% defense. 3 SOs will make that a little over 5%. I don't think it's worth it for all those slots but you will need to decide.
[/ QUOTE ]
When used together and properly slotted, steamy mist and manuevers will make a noticable difference in team survivability. If leadership isn't someone's thing, I usually suggest stimulant/aid self from the medicine pool, which allows stormies to open fights with freezing rain and heal the damage they take from the alpha strike. My own build uses both the leadership and medicine pools. -

I've always thought that should be an Inspiration

Me too -
Hey guys, I probably won't be able to make it to the sunday match. If the people my team is going up against on that day (I'm pretty sure the teams are Your Face and The Has Beens, except with more capitalized letters and ampersands) could try to get a rescheduled time worked out with John Murdock, I'd appreciate it.
There's a chance I'll be there on sunday, but it's a pretty small one. -
Something sort of like this. Replace flight with your preferred travel power.

[ QUOTE ]
Now that I actually know to look for it, it hits me pretty consistently 33% of the time.
[/ QUOTE ]
What zone are you in when you do this? When I exited the arena match to pocket D, I started spamming lightning storm to see if I could get it off again and after about ten tries of nothing I gave up. -
[ QUOTE ]
*insert cow laugh*
[/ QUOTE ]
What does this sound like exactly? -
I've been unable to replicate this bug, so I really can't blame them for not having it fixed. Of all the times I've summoned lightning storm with that proc in there I've only seen it hit me once during an arena match.
-
[ QUOTE ]
Yeah last time I checked that was me. haven't changed my globals since globals came out.
[/ QUOTE ]
My mistake. Nevermind me! -
[ QUOTE ]
Beforehand I inquired if this was Big Mike, I was told it was. After wards I found it was not.
[/ QUOTE ]
They're the same person. Who told you otherwise? The reason for the confusion is because of the recent global rename tokens. -

[/ QUOTE ]
You might have more of a problem with the gigantic to-hit debuffs. -
[ QUOTE ]
Team 5: Love the Turtles
- @Odacer & @Schrodinger
- @Badbad Girl
- @Pie-ro
These are my opponents on Sunday. Any one have some inside secrets about them that can help us win?
[/ QUOTE ]
When we fought them they used two storm summoners. You guys are gonna need to know how to deal with hurricane. -
[ QUOTE ]
While the "unaffected" period prevents damage to the respawned players while they buff and prepare, it can still pose a problem. Targeting is still viable as well as some toggle debuffs.
[/ QUOTE ]
Under the current mechanics are characters immobilized during their unaffected period? If so then I'm cool with this. The only reason I had a problem with the toggle debuff rule was because people would bum rush and stand right next to me after respawning and then complain if I put snowstorm on them. -
Giving defenders an inherent that increased the powers of their buff/debuffs would make them crazy overpowered.
More so than they already are I mean. -
I noticed this too, and it was the apocalypse proc.
-
You guys have no idea how happy resistance threads make me.
-
So to clarify, it's up to us to schedule a time at which all six people can be present, and woe unto us if we fail to do so before the next week?
-
I don't think it needs to be slotted for endmod. It causes you to recover more end than you use if you hit even one enemy with it.
-
My experience has been that tornado's script is set to focus on a single enemy until it manages to stun it and will then move on to a new enemy. It's hard to tell though.
-
It's not an inconsistency. Tornado's damage over time isn't a whole lot of rapid fire attacks, it's a damage toggle that works similarly to things like lightning field. Lightning storm works under a different rule and will inherit the proc from you, and its attack will have a chance to proc each time just like any player's attack would. Mastermind pets work the same way.
The problem is that I think tornado is bugged when it comes to procs and isn't working the way it should. From what I hear, there's only a chance for the proc to go off if you summon tornado right on top of an enemy and then never again. I've never tried it though. -
While hovering/flying and having the weapon drawn for fire sword or greater fire sword and then pressing Esc to put the weapon away, the character consistently goes to the arms spread straight out neutral stance that a lot of engines use when it doesn't know what else to do. The game will always quickly fix itself though.
I've only seen this happen on the male model. I don't know if it hits the others.
Steps: toggle a flight power, click fire sword or greater fire sword, push escape. -
Sonic wins in sustained single target damage. Ice wins in area damage, and in burst single target damage.
