Right, just managed to get it. 2 Speed Boosts, sprint and Combat Jumping made it very easy. (47 seconds).

Think I'm going to make sure that my second builds have six slotted sprint, combat jumping and anything else which will increase my speed, just for this event.

I managed to get 24.67 seconds without being buffed. Mind you i did have SS and CJ on.Only took about 10 mins for the 3 badges too

And i spent this weekend getting to 50... thanks to the on patrol XP it breezed by

3 years and 33 days (roughly) to get my 1st villain to 50. Currently i cant afford to keep 2 mmo's on the run BUT i will be back... when is the important question, but this has definately helped me as a "casual" player to think about coming back more long term.

The above quote was in reference to adding alcohol consumption to the game. Now saying that, my copy of WoW is PEGI rated 12+, and it is still rated at 12+, and that includes the ability to buy alcohol. Now with WoW they can afford the repeated submissions, that isnt an issue for them

I do believe that IF a company adds something into the game later on, and it DOESNT match the approved rating, then the fine they would have to pay is quite a bit more than the submission fee... so the developers either play it safe now OR they have enough money to warrent it. Language though by the NPC's is generally considered one of the safest things to add anyway. Even at the 12+ rating you are allowed mild cursing (for which i would consider "Bloody" to be)

Then again World of Warcraft only releases patches every 18 months or so, whilst Tabula Rasa was under a monthly content cycle.

Changes in MMO rating... i believe that City of Heroes *was* changed.. if anything at the time of the game merger if not before.

Tabula Rasa i have to admit was more LAGGY than buggy, but I know what you mean(although saying that i think that is because once i meet i bug, i adapt my playstyle immediately to avoid it again... i actually have to go out of my way to meet another bug).

Hell, the last time i played WoW I managed to get stuck in what i thought to be pretty damn obvious places, and i had to get a GM to free me (this was in a level 25ish Alliance zone, the name escapes me)

But having seen games mature over the years, it is amazing what can cause game crashes... even a difference in GFX card manufacturer can cause some "interesting" issues (ie same an Nvidia gfx card from 2 different "brand names"... this is largely negligible now, but do note that quirks can still arise...)

Hardware/Software running on the computer can as well cause some interesting issues (yes, i have seen people blame the TR downloadable installer be corrupted, when it was actually their firewall that was causing the issue)

I just realised that this was more aimed towards PvP then PvE style play so i will have to refrain from commenting on this...

Although set bonus's DO still have a slight advantage over a player who doesnt have them (ie perma hasten anyone?)

I will use the dual builds to actually be able to PvP with my controller (who is *still* Old School Hami Raid slotted) and maybe not get my teeth kicked down my throat.

Why dont i just wipe the Hami Build out? Because its actually a pretty good team build as well. Minimal IO's on him (i really dont have the inf on him, as i havent been playing him much and I am only just coming back for this sneak preview)

But saying that, i am looking forward to the Multi Builds. It will allow players to do several things.

1) Have team/solo builds set up accordingly (some power sets require wildly different power choices according to play style)
2) Have PvP/PvE builds (again wildly different power choices).

Am I worries aboutthe cost? Hell no. I KNOW that i will still be a poor PvP'er BUT at least now i know that i can take part, and at least ENJOY myself more without having to choose to dedicate my character to a PvP build (seriously, my fire controller SUCKS in PvP currently due to his build).

For me, multi builds get the thumbs up... and also the benefit of the long term planning towards getting in MY eyes (and not yours) MY perfect build (and not YOUR perfect build)

Have had quite a few but a couple stick in my mind...

1) S4 tournament.... running in ahead of the scrapper/tanker (as a controller) only to get minced inside 5 seconds....I was sober for this one.

2) Getting incredibly smashed just before an S4 match, and then proceeding to spend about 3 minutes (or it felt that way) brawling the opposing controller.... They did the same back to me. Our pets though were focusing on not a lot else... Still cant remember who won that fight though

If all goes well i will be able to stay around and post... if not, i know enough other people who have active accounts that i can pester to post on my behalf
