When's it open?

Last couple of nights I've experienced spontaneous episodes that could be described as teleporting. Basically at random, I find myself on a map loading screen ending up either at Pocket D or in a random map (in which case I bounced back immediately - having been in a mission at the time.) Any ideas?

Rapid Assault, Protection, Investigation, Evacuation and Rescue. These guys are above your average costumed vigilante out to make a citizen's arrest. These guys are gritty, military heroes, the best of the best, they work under extreme circumstances and always get the job done. They don't make arrests, they do special operations, assaulting the bad guys and putting them down where necessary, with such force that they stay down. They protect the victims, they investigate ill-operations, they evacuate endangered peoples, they rescue the troubled, they do as the United States government orders them to, always with a full and justified reason. The public are free to react to news and rumours of this team however they wish, but the fact are, they are not the bad guys, they do not muscle into other countries, planets or dimensions, without invitation. They are not our world's egomaniac military, these guys really are heroes, who are deployed in rapid response to the world's desperate cries for help. I hope that answers both your questions. What so we can't arrest this Earth's crims?

Personally I'd like TRace to be treated like any other hero. He's not a gun toting killer, he's a specialist in finding missing persons and rescuing trapped people. The fact that he'd be affiliated with R.A.P.I.E.R shouldn't mean he or anyone else should be shunned.

Was thinking....

Are all of R.A.P.I.E.R from Military backgrounds? Or are some of them from civilian backgrounds? Just I was thinking, there are quite a few Psychics, so I had a rethink and might use my little used Archery/Devices missing persons specialist "Trace", but he wasn't Military, he was more like an advisor to the police. Would that be ok? He's lvl 24 too.

Alfred's escape into the general population of riotring prisoners was somewhat unexciting.

Incapable of feeling pain as others did, Alfred merely grunted his disgust and moved on, trailing torn and ragged plant matter from the horribly bloodless wound.

The others had reached the Flyer, climbing on board as he rounded the wall it had sheltered behind. He had just grabbed the handrail of the wing door....

The explosion threw his impressive bulk back thirty feet. Longbow flamers surrounded him as he bellowed in fury, before shrieking in terror as their flames engulfed him, pouring superheated gas onto him until nothing remained but ash. Ash, and the hand he'd left behind on the Flyer's handrail.

The Flyer lifted off, hitting its boosters to clear the prison wall before the heavy guns could be brought to bear. As the others settled back in their seats the hand trembled, seemed to visibly swell in the sunlight, then fell from the Flyer, shower the streets below with countless parachuted seeds.
