Really good post except for the part where you suggested they might SLOW DOWN FLY!!! Are you nuts?!! Never say that again!!! My God it's barely a legitimate travel power as it is! If you do that again I will be forced to remove the flaming, hot dagger embedded in my skull and jab it into your eye! (slight exaggeration)

That's funny, I would think you would know, SINCE YOU REFUSE TO GIVE OUT ANY NUMBERS ON ANYTHING IN THIS GAME THUS FORCING PEOPLE TO HACK AND SCRATCH ERRONEOUS DATA TOGETHER THEMSELVES JUST SO THEY HAVE SOME VAGUE IDEA WHAT THE HELL ONE SLOT DOES VERSUS TWO!

I wanna thank Absolute -Zero for giving me some level 30 flight SOs. Galactiman is currently level 27, so he can use them but can't buy them himself. So, after winning a costume contest last night and finally being able to afford them, I was trying to find someone to bridge for me. I threw out a broadcast in Brickstown, and Absolute -Zero responded that he would do it for me. Well, I asked him to get me 3 of them, instead he gave me 4 and insisted they were a gift. At over 80k, that's no small gift either.

So Absolute -Zero, if you happen to peruse these forums, thanks! I owe ya a few!

What the hell is the point of a 1.265% defense increase, especially when you have to use 6 slots to get there? That's absolutely useless. What is the rationale behind this decision?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I tried searching and couldn't find anything. Are villains able to use capes from the beginning? If so, will heroes be able to as well? Seems a little unfair for villains to get them right off the bat, but heroes have to "earn" them.

Damn good guide. Really good job of driving the concept into my thick skull.
