Good going devs on destroying pvp iop's on the smaller servers. I hope this doesnt go to live for the simple fact as there isnt as much of a chance to get them period on the small servers without this added on to it. Now its gonna be near impossible. Unless the drop rate is increased this is a very bad idea, unless your on freedom.

I for 1 am not moving my toons to freedom just for a chance to get pvp io's and am not paying 300mil a pvp io that you just undoubtedly forced upon the market with these changes. Might as well take them out of the game if your going to do this.

yeah what twix was doing though and whati was doing last night, was 2 totally different things, but almost had the same effects. Thats what was kinda funny about it.

i wasnt trying to bring it up to be rude or anything ba. I had just read the article to and thats why i guess i kinda went with it last night to kinda see things "first hand" as you will. I mean i was 1 hero vs a team of 10. it was just for fun. heck i even through in a lil RP in there, and anyone who know me know how much i hate RP. "Im here to protect you states" HAHAHA Funny stuff

Also yes dark they beat him pretty fast when i stopped poking them and helped them respawn him. I think the i15 npc changes in zones effected zone Av's to.

whats funny is after reading this article yesterday i strole into RV and find a bunch of villians (bout 8-10) eaming to try and fight AV's. Im the only heroe in zone. So i decided to just have alittle bit of fun and -poke- them so to speak, knowing that a team of 9-10 vils is gonna own me.

And i think it was you Ba who got mad at me for doing this to them even though it's in a pvp zone. lol And even though i was nice enough to help them by capturing a pillbox so they could capture it back to summon statesman.

Im sorry but i just dont feel this way. Maybe on freedom you can get drops better with more active zones and arena, but on other servers the populace is real low right now, that trying to accumulate these in zones and arena would take a really long time.

So pvp farming doesnt reward an activity that i do already cause i dont pvp??? Maybe you should check your facts and realize im one of the biggest pvp'rs on justice. Im always in zones and have toons parked in zones. Always ready to fight someone at any notice of time.

The people i see on justice farming pvp io's are PvPers and do it for this reason alone. You cant aquire them like people do on freedom because of the low pvp population.

I am a actual pvper and this isnt a bug. The fact that the drop rates are so low in actual pvp and 100-200mil prices caused me to farm them. why pay that much money.

I didnt hurt anyone by doing this. And i think its rediculous that people feel that way, just because they dont do it and get mad at there drop rates. I do it to slot in my toons and most of the time the stuff i dont use i put on the market at a lower price then what it actually sells for to help fellow pvp'rs and try and make the prices go down.

the reward/time ratio is right and there is a timer for drops. I think since i14 hit ive gotten 3 or 4 drops in zones and arena fights. Thats not enough. The drop rate should be increased not decreased. Thats the only way you are gonna stop pvp farming.

But untill then pay your rediculous prices for yours while i farm mine. Its no different then purp farming so whats the big deal.

Farming for pvp io's is not a exploit. The reward/time ratio is to much for it to be a exploit. Sometimes it takes 2 30 min matches just to get 1. That's a hour for 1 recipe or roughly 80 kills.

If it wasn't for farmers farming these there would be NONE on the market. The ones that would be on the market would be so overpriced that noone would afford them, then pvp io's would just be useless.
