Human only can be very effective and certaily will teach you about the inherrent and expect to use your nuke as part of your attack chain - with Stygian Circle the end crash isn't the problem you will find on blasters and with Eclipse you can handle the aggro of any mobs it misses.
I'd suggest looking at doing both a triform and a human only build when I13 comes out with dual builds -

You could always buy some extra slots - that way you don't need to delete anything. -
I'd suggest ice rad for a combination of good attacks from ice along with rads debuff for safety.
Dark Dark is also good but is lower damage, heal is about double that of rad but requires an acc check (it does get decent acc to start with though but I'd still recommend 2 slotting acc in it) its also very controller like with fearsome gaze and petrifying grasp - especially when combined with fluffy spamming its hold as well.
Drop fluffy on top of an AV for its chill of the night, and use darkest night on it yourself and you will floor its to hit and with tar patch as well its not going to get to try that often. Spam your holds - fluffy will be as well so expect to see any mob held quickly.
Both /Rad and /Dark do -regen - darks is off its heal and the biggest -regen power has a nice secondary effect of being able to mass rez the a whole team, rads is easier to use and more widely known about. In both cases expect to curse the team for killing your anchors though.
Kin is also fun but with it you will want to be in melee range of the mobs to get the most benifit from your transfusion, transference and fulcrum shift - oh and enjoy sapping the famine riders on Lady Grey.
Others to consider are sonics as the extra resistance and mez protection is very noticible - but again you are likely to want to be close to melee range in teams -
So on that basis if you have 3 players (Threat level 3) and they keep everything but one minion (Threat level 0.33)taken out heavies can spawn - two won't do it as that is exactly 6 times and not more than.
Anyone fancy testing this. -
That was when they were accidently re-enabled at one point - either that or Recluse got cut off by Paragon Power and Light
I've had it happen on a normal mish as well since - only way to fix it was to relog but it made tanking very interesting for the team when I could only see the effect auras of the mobs and not the building.
I've also come out of the lift at not quite the right height on Frostfire and seen no ice in the entire map although everyone else could see it and I could still slide about on it -
Well a lot of us will check new posts but something like this is a business decision by NC and only they can say why its not enabled.
If sufficient people request it then they may decide its worth investigating the practicalities of it but it may be down to the overhead costs involved being too high for the money recieved from the low cost items. -
Hmm wonder what you'll earn if you log out after falling through a hole in the map - Potholer or Miner maybe could be fun (and rare) - OK those (afaik) don't exist.

Wish I was - over about 12 hours of ToTing since Sunday - I've only seen about 6 and that is a mixture of team sizes - from solo to 8 man and zones - both sides. I'm just glad my main badgers picked them up last year.
Maybe its your name - and spirits only appear for other spirits. -
sounds like a problem that was affecting US accounts some months back when the banks changed their validation processes.

Yes they were bugged as well - they would aggro on heroes but not villains. -
Now if as part of the Day Jobs - On Patrol or Commiting Crimes your character's alter ego name was assigned to a random civilian in the zone you logged out in even better.

There were shag-all spirits, I think I saw one door spawn them in about 2 hours of TorTing yesterday and one more this morning when I was on for about 40 minutes. It's mostly 3 zombies, or two zombies with a Streng or a Witch. And the amount of times a sorceress and a werewolf come haring out the door with hurtin' on the minds is worrying - am I interrupting something?
Treats seem thinner on the ground than last year too - unless there's some trick to it that I'm missing? Does it make any difference if you're wearing a costume?

Got about 4 spirits over the whole of Sunday - total over several characters, vampires seemed a bit low as well but nowhere near to the same extent. Werewolves otoh seemed almost as common as the zombies - was finding at least one if not two every second mob. -
How big is the debuff on Arctic Air (its the only one I can think of atm). Would this be sufficient to allow seeing a maxed out stalker on ATs that otherwise cannot?

That was the point I was making. With snipe if the target isn't visible when it checks at the end of the animation then its not a valid target and you miss. - Much more realistic.

Its possible to get about 6-9" difference in height using the various sliders but it does involve moving all of the ones which affect height from one extreme to the other. You can get some from the facial sliders as well as leg length.

There are a few MMs that use it to keep their pets safe - guaranteed to annoy team mates who need to be on the ground though.
The only other times I've seen it used were on the old style Hami Raids for the PA drop teams. -
Have it on my Dark/Dark, think I've used it twice in earnest - once to hit the huge mob which was front loading the mish and had already resulted in a teamwipe - In, Fire It, Exit and recover, the other time was in of all things a 3 way Arena match but with max recovery settings its very effective.
Basically its very situational and probably not worth it - if you have lots of toggles to worry about I'd suggest skipping it is no contest. -

Well there's Super Reflexes - OK not a tanker set but still applicable to those that will be able to take this -
Sounds as if you had your bind set up to fire the power in a specific slot rather than the actual power.
Do you have the zero G pack in the same slot on the second character as CJ or SJ is in on the first? -
I think this happens if the target moves out of sight when it checks at the end of the activation, the power will trigger at the end of the interrupt period if the target is valid - think of it as the target diving behind cover at the last minute. Personally I think this is more realistic than the way all non snipe attack powers work where they only check if a target is valid at the time of activation.

I usually find the ones that complain most about not receiving buffs are those that charge off whilst you are working down the list of the team buffing each in turn. Well surprise surprise if they're not around they take their chances.
What is even more annoying about it is that by running off others think the buffs have all been given and charge off as well, this compounded by the time wasted trying to work out why your buff has failed to fire thus slowing down buffing everyone else. -
If the mob is moving out of line of sight then yes it will fail but you have the benifit of range and so can usually easily pick a position where they won't hide behind cover. With AS you're much more restricred in where you can be.

Except if you are the only one of the top rank and get auto demoted it will be the first person to log in after that that gets promoted irrespective of their previous rank.
Of course its not exactly difficult to make sure you log on in the period before it auto demotes and not many people can take that long a holiday.
