Noticed a couple similar also - when one ran out all still active got displayed a second time briefly.
On another occasion they all disappeared for a period after zoning by train - reappeared later though after 5-10 minutes. -
May have changed recently - I haven't played in a year US side but Pinnacle at least was brought down most if not all weekdays

I hadn't actually seen your reply when I posted - the forums have this annoying habit of not displaying pages with a single post on them
I guess the effect is the same though - the player would be "Invalid Target" whilst goto would just be no target - i.e. they use heals only.
and Damz they're generally done overnight whilst you sleep so some may drop when connections fail or clients crash anyway - first person view looking away from the heal spam helps with that though. -
That and also the weather will have an effect. A rainstorm will severely attenuate the microwave signals - how well the system handles rerouting may be a factor.
Having said that the game client doesn't actually pass a huge amount of data but you probably want to ensure you use an uncapped account to handle updates - especially when a new issue is released. -

Well widows will probably find the Karma -4KB easier to slot.
Both are possible though.
In practice 1 KB protection IO is sufficient for the majority of cases, 2 will protect you from 99% and the rest - don't bother trying. -
Its as good as several set bonuses and more than most at 2%.

Well I've had my corrupter there before - nothing to do with TP though - thats just where I enterred. /bugged it at the time.

Shouldn't these announcements also be made on the forums here as they affect both communities rather than relying on people checking the US forums - especially as the US run daily maintenance rather than weekly.

Probably quicker than waiting for a GM as well although you should still /bug it in that case. -

With Phosphor I tended to open with FSC follow up with Burn then mop up anything left with the single targets.
Use Aim and the BU power as they recharge before the aoes or Greater Fire Sword.
I've got taunts in the damage aura and one of the aoes in order to keep aggro and hence incoming attacks. However I was far too late in picking up Tough - you really need it - that and even more so some form of KB protection.
With this strategy you need aggro to build fury and its very easy to be overwhelmed on fire/fire. I always had difficulty keeping fury high whilst surviving the aggro.
The aoes will indirectly generate more fury as they will grab more aggro but directly all primary/secondary attacks build the same amount. I suspect a more ST build will build fury better. -

All TP powers are suppressed within Pocket D. You seem to be able to use it from the vault though (or Ski slopes when the lodge is open). I'm not sure if it works the other side of the lifts. -
Weren't pathing restrictions removed when I13 came out?

There was a thread about this on the US boards about a year ago - the main thing was whether 2 or 3 LBW2s was better and it largely boiled down to the size of the two teams - smaller teams e.g. 4v4 tend to be better with 2 healers and more being healed 7v1 I think may have been more the 3 warden route.
Also villainside the outcast slugger allows a team 1 bigger if you have it - this will increase the total amount of healing - still need about 40 iirc on Deadly -
You have the LBW2s target the other character - not their glads - that way you only get the heals and no attacks to risk killing another mob. Everything else on passive.

Except when you're in Steel Canyon near the yellow line station and get a mission to Kings Row, decide to use the power to save you some travel time across KR, and the power then teleports you to a mission in Steel Canyon (farther away from the train station at that) instead of the selected one

You need to ensure the mission is selected using the button beforehand i.e. ensure the mish target on the minimap is red not yellow - just clicking on the mish but not selecting it will leave you at the door of the first mish on your list. -
Also bear in mind you can talk to these contacts any time after getting the requisite level - you don't need an introduction so if you pass them you can get it out of the way before being sent traipsing from one end of Paragon to the other.
Getting rid of the zonal hunt mishes where the lowest level the mobs spawn is +4/5 to the lowest level you can get the mish wouldn't go amiss either. -

You mean the person playing it? Between FS, Aim, PBU and Siphon Power keeping damage at a decent level isn't that hard on any Kin including Kin/Elec.
I didn't quite manage the getting to 50 without taking a travel pool - I took hover at 49 -
You will normally beat Rommie 5 times on a single run - Once on the second last mish, Once on the last and then a further 3 times when he rezzes.
Are you sure that its not specifically complete ITF twice. -
I suppose things could be set up so trial accounts get free access to the New Players forum and can freely read any other but posts to other forums require approval by a moderator but as Praf indicates this would require more staff to do this. I can't see GR being too happy if that much extra workload was thrown on him.

I wouldn't go quite as far as saying they're the only ones - there's a short tunnel in iirc BB and also the forested area with the BP masks - not that anyone pvps in BB anyway but good point and you might get some advantage on the oil rigs except for the mobs on them - easily fixable at least for the arena though by adding some tunnel/cavern maps and ideally some with both tunnel and open sections. Fixing it for zonal would be harder but there's a lot of devastated ground in Sirens that would lend itself to having tunnels caused by collaped buildings.
