  2. Lift does reasonable damage as long as you don't try using it on the mob you have just held. Gravity's hold does a lot of -knock* and from what I see lift does zero damage against foes that don't get knocked back, up or down. Also remember your hold does as much if not more damage than Propel its just a lot of it is DoT

    Yes , you should be able to bind both (or all 4 if you want a choice of output formats) to seperate keys.

    Why do you need it when switching modes - you specify if you want the UI enabled or disabled with the paramater to SETUI - its a while since I bothered with that command so it may not be quite the correct name.

    Well the last time my vilains were in Atlas it looked to be in a similar state to Baumtown. I'm not convinced that would be particularly condusive to dancing.

    Isn't that much of the concept behind James Bond - picking that as a name would likely get you genericed at character creation though
  7. It can happen when your ISP employes packet shaping or port blocking techniques involving the ports the updater uses.
    The updater will cycle round a range of ports so if you get this happening try exiting the updater and rerunning it.
    It may take a few attempts.
    I've also had ZoneAlarm think its a new app in the past and if you say to block then you can generate this so check your firewall logs.

    It could also occur when you try to zone into zone 2 as it drops below the threshold for additional copies.

    I've seen it a couple of times but can't remember the circumstances.

    I believe the Devs said that was WAI due to the way the buffs/debuffs are coded a couple of years ago - either that or it was too hard to fix.

    Yep good flying speed combined with the positional control of hover - and a bit of def & kb res thrown in for good measure.
    Only place that I'd realy prefer fly would be in the Shadow Shards - the distances between mobs there means the Sipon Speed runs out before you reach your destination - but Raptor Packs are cheap there.

    That can be very bad news on an ITF as if they lose their exemp at any time the final mish will spawn at their level and running into lvl 53 mobs on a lvl 35-40 team isn't fun
  12. There were a couple of occasions when a few days free time got added because of bugs - I don't think it counts towards Vet awards. Also time from 14 day trials I don't believe counts.

    Would be better with grav trollers and singularities. - Very useful when soloing on a cave mish as well - aggro mob abd back up into corridor, leaving sing at opening - mobs charge the opening and singy sends them flying back repeatedly

    All the darkity-dark heals, so the Siphons & Drains in Dark Melee, Dark Blast and the 2 in the Warshade primary and in Dwarf form. Think that's them all.

    I presume you mean 2 copies of PDP and not Pocket D as the latter didn't exist for a couple of years after that at which point PDP became inaccessible. I believe it does still exist howevever and if you are logged out in it you will still be able to admire the carnage of the morning after the night before.

    I think the hard cap may have been about 500 originally but got reduced later.

  22. Are you paid up until after it is due? If not it won't appear until you pay for at least sufficient time to take you to the due date.

    All primay and secondary powers except pet (and I think pseudo pets) should benifit from containment. Epics haven't for a couple of years and I don't believe ancilliary or inherrents do either. Temps don't.

Wouldn't it be more appropriate to use local for that and if anything move the roleplay chat to a seperate channel (or even multiple channels) that way you wouldn't get your RP experience interrupted by others using local nearby perfectly legitimately. I could see value however in the ability to create non global channels for this sort of thing.

    I'm fairly sure that a tank can only lose aggro to a damage toon if the mob is no longer Taunted. There might be an exception for AVs which allow the damage toon to build up a lot of threat. Paragon wiki has an article with the threat calculation. So as long as the Tanker maintains taunt he holds aggro.

    You can't build up threat - its calculated seperately for each and every attack - its not cumulative.
    Also it is possible to pull a taunted mob off of a tank but not easy. - An extreme damage attack at short range - e.g. a nova may succeed in pulling aggro from the tank where there is little duration left on the taunt and it is taunted at extreme range - in practice its unlikely to be an issue due to the 1000x threat multiplier that taunt applies no to mention that that attack has probably just defeated the mob in any event.
    Also the 3rd way to pull aggro off of the tank was missed - someone else can taunt them off.
