We do and its not only bold but big and purple as well.

The 7,5 rather than 7.5 is badly implemented internationalisation - either may be valid depending on the country but the mix of both isn't.
There are several other places that extra %s appear as well.

I suspect the two may be related inasmuch as these entries are probably populated by text substitution from a language specific database and use the % sign to delimit the variable to replace.

Actually, all the types of fabric we wear are specially made for fighting - that's why you never see holes, rips tears marks or stains on them, and they're also bulletproof - it's also why everything costs so much at Icon

Can't recall seeing any Crey ones but there are certainly Nemisis Tiraeliers about and I seem to recall Spetznaz have some.

Also from the levels it looks as if you are running on the top difficulty - this will mean Ms Liberty will spawn as a Hero rather than an EB. Not every build is capable of dealing with AVs/Heros solo. If that is the problem you can either lower your rep so she spawns as an EB or pick up a team to help.

Still need to finish this off on my main but not sure on when I'm free on Saturday.
I do have the mish on another alt if people still need it afterwards and overseers on another iirc.

Had a problem a year or so back - can't recall if it ever got fixed where taunting the crew from the Ghost Ship resulted in them fleeing every time.

I did have fun attacking +10-14s in Cim once on my Widow whilst remaining out of range and having to keep chasing them down but that was due to the code where they will leg it if they cannot affect whoever is attacking them.

I'd agree with LostNinja though that we need to see an improved AI with many AVs in terms of when they run and what they do once they have. Returning with a slither of health isn't particularly sensible, rushing off and bringing back or more likely sending back some minions much more so but that is very rare.

Nope nowhere near quad - remember the damage buff applies to base damage not enhanced damage and its additive not multiplative.

Actually thinking more about it it would indeed be about quad but remember that's 4x base unenhanced damage - +~100% for IO/SOs, +~100% for each BU so around +300% - If your expecting 4x the damage you get with enhancements slotted you're going to be disappointed.

Check your Anti-Virus logs as well - some can complain because the updater is updating code.

there should be a couple of checksum files in your CoH folder. Delete these and the builder will recreate its manifest and should allow you to finish downloading.

You could always try Carnival Town - its just that the local villain groups in Paragon have discovered they get out of the Zig in 5 seconds flat (including the time to steal the Warden's lunch) that the PPD are seen as ineffectual and so the tents got stolen years ago.

The problem isn't Windows Defender itself - its that it's not a good idea to have multiple software firewalls running on the same PC. I had Defender disabled because of its well documented ineffectiveness and poor performance record and was using another one so I wasn't happy when it got re-enabled. - If you don't have a better one installed its better than nothing (just).

I've had this with Microsoft's laser 5000 mouse. Even reinstalling Intellipoint didn't resolve it.

In the end the only way I could fix it was changing the mouse.

The only time I've had this happen was when the fan failed on my PSU - resulted in a lot of poor voltage regulation when under heavy load.
PC would boot and run normally for about 10-15 minutes then shut down automatically.
I could get things to work by directing another fan directly at the PSU until I could get a replacement.

So I'd agree with others that others that this is a definite area to check.

The PSU is designed with a maximum current loading overall and also for each output rail seperately - if any of these get heavily loaded such that they approach their design limits then voltage stability will suffer. If this causes the voltage to go outside its limits (either high or low) the PC will shut itself down.
Things to check
Have you multiple high load components running off the same rail. This may happen if you are using power splitters.

Is your PSU capable of running everything in your PC? Cheap PSUs often list their power rating as the sum of the ratings for each rail but it is very rare that the PSU is designed to operate with all rails simultaneously providing their full rating.

Either of these may be an issue if you have significantly upgraded components - especially things like adding a new high spec graphics card.

Think I've disovered the reason for this - it looks like one of the Windows Updates that Microsoft released over the weekend re-enabled Windows Defender which was hogging the majority of resources as it was then conflicting with the decent security software I have installed.
I quit the scan it was attempting to run after it had checked 15 registry settings in 6 hours - at that rate it would take between 30 and 100 years to complete and I'm not willing to wait that long for some reason. Then disabled it again as I had when I installed Vista in the first place.

Yes repeatedly.
Get a sound loop, then lock up for about 30-40 seconds, recovers for about 1-2 seconds then mapservers terminally.
I can usually complete an arc solo but in a team can be getting 2 or 3 mapservers in a single mish.

Reichsman was the leader of the 5th Column when it fragmented.

Axis America is from an alternate Earth so the leaders in that are alternative versions of their counterparts. Some have taken different paths - others have progressed and their groups may have evolved.

You could try adding an objective which is max lvl 30 - that should limit the level range to 30-30 - probably easiest to find something suitable for a boss defeat, rescue or ambush

You'd still exemp to the arc cap but yes there's less point.
