Merit prizes are Task Force Merits. Since merits cannot be given or traded, the winner will direct me to spend those merits for them at a Merit Vendor in whatever fashion they want, and the product will be handed over to them immediately. Winner Merits can be banked for a period of 1 month before being lost, since I don't want an ongoing tally sheet of who I will owe merits to. I never have a problem downloading the patches, but applying them has been going so super slow lately. Like, 1-1.5 M/Sec... I dunno what it used to do, but I know it used to go /much/ faster... Same with reverifying.

I think I have the 35-40, and 40-45 ones sitting on my brute already, and if not, I have several toons in the 35-40 range. I have 1 at 40, so odds are if I don't have those 2 sitting around, I can get them for ya. @gaderath ingame, and I'm usually gone around 6:30 eastern, but I'll be around /probably/ after 8? Kinda varies...

3% more defense works on every incoming attack where as 3% more hit points only helps once in most battles. It is my usual modus operandi. +HP for 2 reasons, DP, and cause a friend that a trust a lot said +HP before anything else on a blaster, and he plays them much more than I. This was also during a convo mixing PvE and PvP. I did bring up stacking ranged or even melee def, and he was kind of, "Nahhhhhhhhh, but it can't hurt after HP/Dam/Rech"

Hm. I had not noticed or thought about that. I don't have any end issues at 43, with most everything poorly slotted, though Irradiate does have end reduction currently, i think. Yes, WoC is there to look pretty... I've not found it useful so far, and have pondered what to replace it with. But like you said, it looks pretty. I figured that cheap proc would be the best thing for it. Now I am eyeing those -def slots in a few powers, the 2 slotted ones, and appropriating their slots to WoC, and 5 slotting the purple. I get 4% dam, and 10% rech... go 1 more and another 5% ranged def.... i never noticed the purple confuse set had that, I tend to ignore the final purple bonus.
