That sounds like the way to go to me. I could see granting each account a certain number of free transfers, or allowing free transfers over a certain time period (e.g., free server transfer weekend!), or a veteran award that provides a free server transfer to each character.
That would be pretty awesome. Given the opportunity for free server transfers, I'd probably transfer 20+ characters, but I will never pay for a server transfer (again).
I expect you will eventually see free or forced server transfers in this game. -

Maybe you think I'm one of the people "whining" about stalkers? I'm not sure. I'm well aware of ways to counter stalkers, and they don't bother me, so I don't think you've ever heard me whine about stalkers.
I think playing a stalker is easy mode, and I don't think the way stalkers were designed was good for pvp. I know, I know, you don't think the devs have ever made a mistake when it comes to pvp, so it's hard for you to believe. -

And for the record you will never see a major at redesign in this game. The dom changes are about as big as you are going to see and I would hardly call them earth shattering.

Maybe you and I have different definitions of what constitutes a "major redesign." I expect there will eventually be changes to the way the perception/stealth caps work which will require additional changes to stalkers (e.g., increased damage outside of Hide, hit points increase, etc.) in order to avoid neutering them.
Sure, I could be wrong. Despite what you appear to believe, I would expect villains to whine, cry, and complain about stalkers when they find themselves on the receiving end of AS's, rather than using the available counters. Once both sides are united in their complaints, I think changes are more likely to happen.
Maybe your experience tells you that people always use all the available counters they have at their disposal, but that differs significantly from my own experience.
If you don't think hero stalkers will lead to increased complaints about stalkers, I think it is you who is obviously clueless. -

Some people are going to whine and cry endlessly about any changes that are made, especially when they perceive the change as negatively impacting their performance.
The way status effects "work" has always been completely borked. On one hand, mez effects were completely overpowered, and on the other they could be completely negated by mez protection and/or inspirations available to everyone for virtually no cost.
I certainly don't think the mez changes were perfect, but in many ways the new mez system is superior to the old.

Show me some chat logs of you killing a bunch of RolePlayers with your defender while they are chatting amongst themselves. I'll be really impressed and accept that as definitive proof that you're some sort of pvp genius.

Based on his posts, I'm not at all surprised that Ravens is the type of person who can't stand losing, even when it comes to forum pvp. Maybe if he could accept defeat without crying and getting all red-faced he'd play something other than a stalker more often.
PvP is not rocket science. You don't need to do it 8 hours a day 7 days a week to have an educated opinion on various aspects of zone pvp. -

Based on your posts, I just assume English is not your first language, so I do actually cut you some slack. Regardless of your native language, you should realize that sarcasm doesn't always come across the way you intend it to when you're writing. You post time and again about nerfs to stalkers, and readers could quite logically conclude that you think the nerfs should be rolled-back. You certainly appeared to be (once again) using an extremely faulty assumption to support a ridiculous argument of yours, which has basically become your M.O.
I WILL make you a deal. Never respond to my posts, and never post in the pvp forums, and I will never comment on any of your posts.
I DO pvp currently. Apparently not enough to make some people happy (though, admittedly I have no idea why people care how much I play. I certainly don't care how much anyone else plays). -

Stalking in RV is SOOO hard, especially on Freedom.
All the heroes are ALWAYS at full health and never stop to attack anyone, or get mezzed.
It's almost impossible to get a kill on a solo stalker.
Any other AT will have more success scoring kills than a stalker.

I'm a noob stalker (didn't start stalking until the last couple issues) and their damage may be less than it was previously, their survivability may be less than it was previously, but stalking is still EZMode.
All players can achieve substantially higher Killeath ratios on a stalker than they can on any other AT. Bad player, good player, doesn't matter.

There can be 100 heroes at capped perc bouncing around a zone with just 1 Stalker, and that Stalker need never die unless he chooses to do something that allows that possibility. This is the only piece I disagree with. If you know the decision you are making (e.g., attacking a large group) is likely to result in your death, you're not a bad player simply because you determine the risk of death justifies the potential for scoring a kill, and proceed with a course of action that ultimately results in your death.
1. Stalkers are EZMode pvp (or training wheels pvp, if you prefer)
2. The worst player can be given a stealth-capped stalker and pvp without dying for hours on end while scoring kills.
3. Good players tend to risk death to score a kill more often than bad players (because the bad player is less likely to score the kill)
4. Good players kill more enemies than bad players
5. Good players know they are likely to die before they enter a situation whereas bad players are more likely to be caught off guard and surprised they were defeated
IMO, unless you're RP'ing, a stalker with 20 kills and 10 deaths is likely a better player than a stalker with 6 kills and 0 deaths over the same time period in the same zone -
They should allow you to accummulate multiple freespecs (i.e., if you haven't used the one they gave you last issue, you will have two available when they give you one for this issue).

A +Recharge inspiration would be an excellent counter for -Recharge effects.
It's been requested many times in the past, and I do not expect them to add an inspiration of this type, but it's a good idea. -
I'm certainly fine with this change.
While we're changing this, please also create a way for me to level up entirely through pvp play, so I'm not forced to pve.

That's quite possible. I noticed I was teamed with someone in the Retribution VG, but didn't know who it was.
I had just dusted off and respec'd by ice/thermal corr. Was a lot of fun, and there were enough other targets around that I didn't just get farmed over and over :P -

Finding good data for a meaningful ranking system is virtually impossible using kills alone.
Sure, the Blaster A (8 kills) LOOKS like he must be a better player than Blaster B (5 kills) who was on the same team in the last match but Blaster A died 4 times and Blaster B didn't die at all. Without knowing the deaths, Blaster A will get the MVP every time.
have the team's vote for an MVP from the opposing team each match. At the end of the season, the player with the most MVP votes is the winner. In case of a tie, Co-MVP's!

The Dev's could certainly make pvp IO's available for sale at the store for 1million inf a piece.
Boom! Problem solved! No more farming for pvp IO's, and all the pvp'ers have all the IO's they need to be on an even playing field with the other pvp'ers.
Even playing field = good for pvp.
Unfortunately, farming = time and time = money for the devs. The devs like money, so they'd much rather you spend time farming loot than spend time pvp'ing (since more time pvp'ing = more complaints about pvp, and the dev's don't like dealing with pvp complaints. It's a real nuisance)
I know it's a pipe dream to think the dev's will ever make the best loot readily available to everyone. Oh well, until that time they can continue to try and balance the IO'd out leet player vs the training origin spec'd nub and find themselves wondering "I don't know why that last balance change didn't fix everything." -
