Usally though whenever I ask for help in Outbreak to get the badge halfthe people say they dont feel like it. I dont feel these mobs should be added. Honestly, I really do not see the issue with giving the people pre issue 2 a chance. Especially if they are still in game this long.
It is nothing like the Holiday or other Special event badges and well it does help people who pre date badges that were in fact eligible but as the poster above me said.....wouldn't have even concieved the idea of killing 100 of the buggers.

Sorry bout that, but ya I still stick with my opinion. That or somehow just reward those with it that have been there before i2. Im sure theres records somewhere or something, that can tell who was all there and who wasnt.
