I can say without a doubt that the Sewer Trial is available for Premiums. My brother played it today and he is only Reward Tier 2.
He really liked it. He also said "I didn't know CoH had instanced group missions." -
The names in this book are ridiculous. I got a real kick out of Chief Vitalstatistix.

Those are still there. I can't access the costume creator from work to give you specifics but they are under "gloves" somewhere.

I have this character concept for Captain Ovenmitts. An over-weight pastry chef turned super hero but I just cant make him look fat like I want to.

Trying to figure out if they should be able to even send tells or if they are just messing up the commands can take some time.

I like to teach people how to use the menu. Fro some reason people don't know a lot of the stuff they are looking for is there.

In game, go to Menu-> Paragon Rewards.
You can spend your reward tokens there. Click the circle for what you want to spend a token on. The actual rewards show up in in-game emails. -

just to clarify it takes 2 Reward tokens to unlock tells and Supergroups. It takes 5 Rewad Tokens to unlock all the other channels.

Plus Dual Pistols, Demon Summoning*, Kinetic Melee and Electric Control powersets and the costumes that came with GR.
Keep in mind that all of those things bought separately would cost way more than $15 in points.
*Would require masterminds access. Void where prohibited. Do not operate heavy machinery while on Demon Summoning. -
There is also the VIP Starter Kit in the NCSoft store. It's $15 and gives you Going Rogue + a month VIP. However it says Free Accounts only. But retail codes should still work.

What expansion did you want them to be a part of? They are being released after Going Rogue and there are no upcoming expansions announced or hinted at.
Do I think it's fair that VIPs don't get the all the new powersets? No. But it's a different ballgame now. -
There is a box you can uncheck that will prevent the card from being put on file when you buy points through the account page. You can also delete any cards you have on file from there. It's just like subscribing except its the "Buy Points" option.

Until they start selling points cards in the store you will need a CC of some kind. You can however purchase points through account management and not keep the card on file.
