I'd still call it NSFW. At least where I work...
People tend to frown on that much cleavage
Very cool piece. -

thats a pretty cool way to do a head to head fight but also give the person away to separately focus on each character. The borders are amazing as well.
[/ QUOTE ]
Yeah, I like the way the borders look like they're kinda fighting each other when they meet in the middle. Very cool. -
I agree. Really cool style for the type of piece and the character. Gives it a very nice feel.
-
*thumbs up*
I really like the lighting around the hair of the one one the right with the fire going and everything. Backgrounds came out really nice too. -
I don't believe the issue is the print shop refusing to do the pieces. I think her issue is more that she doesn't really want to get a rep at a place she keeps going back to (because they're totally awesome). Not that the pieces are going to be dirty or anything.
She's looking for anybody who may have used an online print place before and if so, what did they use and what kind of quality did they get back. -
I really love this piece. The shading on her skin is just full of win, and it all looks very dynamic. Desmodos is a very lucky individual
-
Very cool piece. I love the way the background turned out, especially the graffiti wall. The little details on that are very good. This one ended up coming out pretty nicely.

You'll be happy to know then that I just found out how to stop it. It's under the sounds and devices>sounds>start navigation. Changed that [censored] to no sound with extreme hate!
Kind of inappropriate for this section, but DA is trying to make me homicidal.

That is the absolute first thing I turn off whenever I'm presented with a fresh copy of windows.
Who thought that was a good idea?!? I use firefox too, but it happens when you're browsing through folders and stuff too...arrrgh. -

If you have a pic you want to share you are going to have to find a way to bury it or post it in such a way that it is not easy to get to (as in, more than one click).
[/ QUOTE ]
And I'm just going to go out on a limb here and say that linking to a blank page with nothing but a single link on it to the NSFW piece probably isn't going to cut it -
They're hung exactly 1 textbook, 2 softcover novels (the annotated dragonlance chronicles and legends series) and 1 Micosoft Office 2003 Student & Teacher Edition dvd case above my TV.
And I'm still alive. Somehow. -

I know the feeling Frost!!

It doesn't help that my apartment is bordering on "absurdly tiny" -
I swung by Wassy's place last night to pick up the print (Oh the benefits of living near the artist) and it looks even better on paper. Just something about seeing a piece on an actual sheet of paper that makes it more real. It doesn't hurt that the print came out gorgeously either.
I'm very happy with how everything turned out. Now the problem of where I'm going to put it comes in. I really need more wall space... -

Do like I do and print them off; then hang it up in your office that way you can appreciate it without having to click your way there. If anyone asks just tell em, "that's a picture of me and myself" then smile real big.

Yeah, I don't think that'd work real well at a telephone company. Maybe if I worked at NCSoft -

I love this kind of art, that kinda brings out the story of two chars a little bit more in beautifully well done way
[/ QUOTE ]
That's one of the reasons I really like this piece (aside from the fact it's just pure awesome). It's exploring an event that should have happened but never would be able to happen in game and it does it well.
I keep taking peeks at it while I'm sitting here at work... -
I'm so excited right now. Wassy has been working up a piece for me after I approched her with an idea she couldn't refuse since she loves drawing Frost Magus so much. After main villain Dark Frost (who's an alternate reality version of my main hero Frost Magus, sucked into the same dimension due to a freak lab accident) to level 50, I had an idea that it would be cool to have a piece with both of them together, kinda good vs evil thing.
After discussing it with her, we ended up going with a scene which depicts the moment of their first meeting. Dark Frost being all confident and in control of the situation and Frost Magus looking very unnerved by the surprise encounter.
I absolutely love the result.

I think it looks like it could be right out of a comic book, kinda a big moment, full page type deal. There's more info on the background on the linked page if you'd like to know a little more about the background, but I just wanted to show off this awesome piece of art. -
I love this piece. Very much I think the details in the background are what really make it with the lighting and all, with the lasers and the fog and just the hint of the color across her skin. It's another one of my favorites of hers. Congrats on the awesome piece of art Tiny.
And not to hijack this, how well this pulled together makes me even more excited for the upcoming piece I'm going to be getting from Wassy... -
I really, really like this piece (and I had the opportunity to see it in person and all sparkly. Being friends with the artist helps
). And if you haven't seen it yet, I would urge you to locate it...somewhere.
I really like her face and the way her dress turned out. The shiny parts look better in person since the camera really didn't capture the glittery-ness, but it's a reasonable approximation of what it actually looks like.
One of my favorites of yours Wassy. -
I really really love this piece. *stares at original sitting on his desk*
Especially the eyes. I would have never known it was a rush job done last night (while we were actually teamed and playing the game. I have no idea how she did it) if she hadn't mentioned that it was.
EDIT: And yes...it's my fault. -
To add to the screenshots: My one experience teaming with a team made up of a majority of J-Force members...

I had a small drool moment over White Succubus as well.

I think the White Succubus one is my favorite out of all of them. Really like the work on the wings and wish I could have seen it in person to take the scanner out of the equation. -
I'd like to stress that having a sample article ready to go in the style/format of your idea is extremely helpful to the scoop staff with discussing your submission. It's a lot easier to get what somebody is talking about when you can look at a rough draft/final/mockup/whatever of a submitted idea than it is to try to discuss it in the abstract

For the record...mantid wanted this posted here:

Hey all!
I just wanted to let you all know, a couple of our features haven't disappeared forever. Behind the Mask and the handy table of contents will be back.
Due to a busy schedule for me this week and a behind the scenes reformatting of the Scoop (to make future issues even better!) resulted in neither of these features making it into this issue on time.
They should return next issue.

Some SGs were created in Beta or on the boards before the game was released. Heck, my SG has been around since 2001 (at least) in various other games...
It wouldn't surprise me if this was the case here. -

I'm hoping that they did some data mining and found that this was the way to free up the most names with the least disruption of people who came back later.

This is what I'm thinking. They know how many accounts were inactive trials, they can look at the levels of the characters on there and set the limit so that it achieves the desired effect. -
