That's the problem with guessing. One is seldom right. That's why it's called guessing. It requires assumptions based on facts not in evidence.

There are plenty of players that craft basic IO's and dump them on the market for 1 inf each. Some are VIP's, some are Prem's, some have IO's and the market permanently unlocked, some don't, and some of us with multiple accounts are all of the above.

A certain Sci-Fi game that recently to go F2P hybrid due to financial tribbles not only requires it's players to spend in game currency to maintain and upgrade equipment, it also has recently implemented a new piece of equipment that players have to spend in-game currency, in-game resources that takes a long amount of time acquire, build a base that can construct that particular equipment (taking even more time and resources), AND $20 bucks, per character.

And where's your datamining evidence that proves all Prem badgers that collect crafting bages are players that have unlocked IO's thru the Paragon Reward system?

Please provide a link to it so we can confirm it's accuracy.

The truth is you have no idea whether or not the people buying the IO licenses are crafting IO's for badges unless you know them personally. I know several who craft that believe its cheaper for them to spend $4 bucks a month on the IO and Market access than $15 bucks on a sub.

There are plenty of Badgers and Crafters who are Prems that craft regular IO's for the badges they get on their portable workbench.

Of course he did. He probably did that in preparation for the insanity defense he'll have his lawyer try to argue.

Max of one appeal and if that fails, he's marched off to the table before the day is through IMO.

This guy doesn't deserve a trial. There's no doubt he isn't guilty. Take him to the roof of a skyscraper and toss him off.

Edit: And to any argument about treatment of the criminally insane or rehabilitation. Throwing a criminal sane or insane off of a skyscraper is called Shock Therapy. The shock of hitting the ground permanently cures them of any insanity and/or rehabilitates them of their criminal behavior. They never commit another crime or do anything crazy again. 100% effective garunteed.

  8. Gald to hear your okay Chazz, and my sympathy's to all the victims involved.
  9. Since the devs explained their reasons for limiting access, all you need to do is look up their post on the topic to see why Toast supports their decision.

That is possible for Premiums with earned or purchased character slots - and is even technically possible for someone who has just 2 alts.

I'm also not sure if it's possible with the current forum software, which seems to be a bit stupid at times. That would be asking it for a lot of individualized profiles, instead of the really basic VIP/not VIP. There's an awful lot of Premiums accounts out there, and the potential for lots more.

  12. I'd like to see some of the aura options moved out of the aura section and into the different body parts.

    For example:

When we choose a hairstyle I'd like to be offered the option of selecting one of the hair auras to go along with it.

Same with eyes when we select a face.

Maybe add the head auras under details. I know Beastly rage would look great with the various animal/monster heads

    Same with the hand auras.

I have a lot of concepts that would look better if I could customize my auras with bits from different ones, and have different colors for each.

    Red glowing eyes
    beastly rage breath
golden magic runes around the hands in combat
blue light sparkles on the torso
and the seismic movement pathing aura

Are you sure this is making an actual request and not just making a snarky comment about having one of the 'bug acknowledgment' pop up right in the middle of combat or another inopportune time?
If you check his post history you'll see he habitually molests the emoticons.

It's no wierder than being able to convert base salvage into brainstorms and then convert brainstorms into any random IO salvage And we've been able to do that since around I12-I13.

Screw profit (although getting a token amount would be nice). If I've spent the time and money/tickets to make the damn things, I want at least for someone to be able to use them.
If you've ever read any of his other posts you'd see he's either playing forum PvP to see who he can irritate, or he's completely clueless as to how things work in the game.

Surely, somewhere in those dozens and dozens of toons, you have one or two that aren't seeing any use, and can be safely deleted?

    To quote Bill, "Nope."

Without considering the Epic Archetypes, and only using the Primary and Secondary to determine possible combinations, we have the ability to create over 1,000 different characters on each server.

add in the power pools, patron pools, ancillary pools, not to mention the various purchasable inherent powers, and we'd need Arcanaville to get te exact number of current unique character builds we can make.

48 slots doesn't even scratch the surface of the number of character slots we need per server.

Even using all 16 servers we currently only make a dent in what we need.

While bases may currently be a niche system, let's be honest it doesn't share the stigmata PvP does, and a new decent system could easily attract new blood.

If indeed it's that much of a resource hog (and I read why they changed the storage cap down to 30 from ..999, I think), then a prefab map or three for sale at the market might not be that much of a stretch.

Not sure how they'd make SGs and their bases more meaningful...but that can be for another day.
Uhm that's what players have been doing for years, and subsequently inviting their own alts into the SG's which the devs don't want them doing.

Oh and FYI the salvage storage drop was 2,500 to 30. The bins held a lot more than 999

Sorry Charlie. You don't have the authority to tell other people to stop posting comments in a thread. If people still want to voice their opinions an share relevent information they are free to do so.

It's not as if this is a 3 month old thread that's been necroed.
  21. I also want them to give us back the option to have wings with the bolero that they removed as a "bug" just after they released the Magic Booster.

We already have simultaneous auras. We've had costume auras an power auras side by side for years. What we don't have is the ability to choose more than one aura from the Aura category in the Costume creator. However we have been getting new costume pieces in different categories that have their own aura. So it would be nice if the devs would take some of the auras and add them as options to other categories.

For example have glowing eyes as choice when you pick a face

have beastly breathe as a choice with the animal/monster heads
