You can click on the contacts names and it'll have a flag up top that indicates VIP. If it doesn't have the VIP flag, it's not VIP.

Thanks for all the detailed info, it clears up a lot for me, and the OP.

As for why there's no Night Ward pack yet. Honestly don't know. First Ward I believe was for sale as soon as it went live. And nothing about the zone was ever advertised as 'VIP Exclusive', so it's actually a surprise it hasn't been put on the market yet.
The devs move in mysterious an frustrating ways.

  3. We all understand you want it to work like the Kheldian forms, but the onus is still on you to put forth a complete suggestion. Posting a list of words isn't a complete suggestion for a new archetype. All you have done is vaguely sketch out a skeleton of an idea. We need a lot more details before we can share in your vision.

The best I can figure your doing is cherry picking "forms" by looking at the pre-existing pets that currently exist in the game and trying to cobble an AT/Power Sets out of them.

Oh by the way you aren't going to get "growth" The devs have already explained in the many "growth" power set suggestions over the years that the game engine will not support it.

Well to be honest there's no reason to actually try to read your post. The title provides all the information needed to answer your question.

Q: Did my tanks get nerfed?

    A: No.
  5. If I'm reading the wiki right the Night Ward requires a VIP subscription.

    http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Night_Ward

    Regular Contacts

    Requires a VIP subscription.

If I'm reading that right then you can't do subscription restricted content unless you are subscribed. The "license" is the subscription. No sub no access. Prems and Freems can't join VIP teams doing sub restricted content either. All team members must be subscribers.

    /This

Our devs secretly developed a sentient program called the "Johnny Butane Code" that seeks out only his characters and stealth nerfs them while simultaneously buffing his opponents.
  7. How is this "figured out"?

Machines - What does this mean? The character turn into a toaster oven? A washing machine? What type of machines are you imagining and what can they do? Please be specific.

Animals - We only have skeletons and animations for Wolves and large Cats. So once again if you want something else please be specific.

Dinosaurs - See Animals except that we don't have any skeletons or animations on hand.

Creatures - I'm sorry but what does this mean? Bipedal, quadripedal, humanoid, arthropoid? Could you be any more vague?

Structures - See Machines. Are you asking to turn into a building? A salt dome, a beaver dam. Please be more specific about what you have in mind and what it can do.

Vehicles - While this is certainly possible you'll be restricted to flyers for the same reasons we don't have ground vehicles as a travel power. (see any previous vehicle travel power suggestion for those reasons)

Disguise - Do you mean like the Halloween temp disguise powers shown at the link below?

    http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Halloween_Event/Trick_or_Treat

Sure but you do realize that they don't come with any inherent powers.

Or do you mean a disguise like the one in Mike Habashy's story arc that turns you into a Hellion? Forget that, the devs aren't going to give you an unlimited power that lets you stealth missions with impunity.

Or do you mean duplicating another players costume? While possible not every player has the same costume pieces unlocked on their accounts, and the devs won't let us get access to other power sets if that's what you had in mind.

Sorry without a lot more specific details put into this I don't see the devs giving this the slightest bit of consideration.

So use the existing ingame tools the devs added to block blind invites.

Either set your Search flag to red which blocks invites, or type in /hide and select 1. Hide and block all Invite Options.

Whenyou are ready to join a team you can reset your flag or unselect /hide.

These people were abusing the Help channel before the game went F2P and they had access to every channel, adding a new channel won't stop them.

Personally, I think the real problem would be trolls stuffing the limited everybody-fleamarket-storage with 1 kind of thingy...like taking up all the space with Inanimate Carbon Rods. Why the hell are you stuffing the slots with rods like that!? No one could ever possibly take and use that many rods. And when someone wants to put up some Demonic Blood, the slots are full with rods! WTH?

Someone needs to find this troll and shove those rods right back where he got them, although maybe that's why he put them there...he gets off to lynch mobs shoving inanimate rods into him out of anger...

...hmm, what were we talking about again?
Yeah griefng is another possible way it could be abuse.

Yes because the only meaningful way to use the market is the way set forth by Saint Nethergoat the Market Messiah. No one could possibly be successful on the market otherwise. Little teasing there.

The sums involved don't make it worth anyone's time.

The market tells you if there are any bids on a recipe (or any other item for that matter) so it's impossible to tie up a slot with what you personally deem a "garbage" recipe. Everything sells immediately when the price is 1 inf, or 5 inf if you are afraid that someone might bid under 5 and the 1-4 inf loss will bankrupt you.

The stuff that has no bids simply vendor at an NPC store, which could be made easier by adding an NPC vendor at the AH/BM as I suggested.

The only people that get slots tied up are the ones that choose to overprice their recipes/etc and get ignored by buyers not desperate enough to pay those prices.

Cool. Just wanted to make sure we were on the same page cuz more than once we've had someone point to a dev stating one thing and trying to claim it means they siad it would "never" happen. I think Power/Weapon customization is the most frequently misquoted feature.

On the other hand wish there was more easier way to trade items/email. to players who can use my junk instead of the one by one thing/ Like would like to be able to send say I have this recipe going in the trash but some poor sap is looking for those recipes. I would like to be able to bundle them up into one email and send it over.

Yeah I don't think any player would object to the email attachments being improved.

I thought that's what the Auction House/Black Market and NPC stores are for. Nothing stopping anyone from selling what they think of as "garbage" for 1 inf on the market and if there's no interest there sell it to an NPC store.

Just add an NPC store at the AH/BM for convenience.

Please don't confuse what players misinterpret being said with what the devs actually said. The number of things the devs have actually said would never happen is very small.

The closest the devs ever came to saying anything about increasing the number of enhancement trays was when they told us we were lucky they decided to allow us to pull 10 enhancements off of a build during a respec when it was first designed.

I believe all of that information is stored local to each server, and not on a central separate server now. That's why there's an extra pause when you connect to a server: "Retreiving Information From XXXXXXX Server" or words to that effect.

If it does occur it will be because it was an unanticipated bug they don't remotely expect to happen otherwise they'd have included a warning.

Unexpected bugs are unexpected. We could sit here all day thinking of things that "could" happen when the store is taken offline.

"Could" we lose access to previous purchases? Sure, it's possible, but we "could" also find all our previous purchases have been credited to our accounts a second time. One's just as likely or unlikely as the other.

However, your Paragon Point total will not be updated to reflect purchases of Paragon Points until the respective maintenance has been completed. To reiterate, it will not be possible to purchase anything in the Paragon Market during this time, even though Paragon Points can be bought.

Thank you for patience and understanding in this matter.
