And you *shouldn't* really just chat in /help. It happens anyway, most people don't care - unless it's getting to the point where you can't see legitimate questions because of all the other BS. That's what global channels are for to begin with. Most of the time, side convos seem to turn into tell conversations anyway.
However, I wouldn't mind (a) making *server*wide chats as sort of a middle ground between local/broadcast and globals, and (b) making them more obvious for people to find. Yeah, once you know about them they're simple enough to add, but the interface could be improved somewhat (and they could be introduced to the player.)
An aside... you list your location as "virtue" and call it a dead server? (FWIW, sorry, can't see any of them as dead - I hop between multiple ones, there are always people chatting and doing things.) -

I understand being upset, and if I were in your shoes, I probably would be pretty angry. However filling support tickets, and bug reports, let them know what you're experiencing, so that they can make sure they can get everything fixed is more likely to garner results than your current course of action.
Of course the problems Mac users are having could be solved by simply buying real computers like the rest of the human race.

Has anyone else noticed that Power Suppression isn't working in the AE Power Suppression quiet room?
I filed a bug report on it, but I'm curious if anyone else noticed it. I was on Exalted running a couple alts thru the AE tutorial to get the damn contact off their active lists and everyday since the head start launched I find all my powers and toggles still work after entering that room. I'm not curious enough to make a Praet and check if Power Suppression is still working in their Consignment House building. -

I had the same problem as the OP. All I did was log onto my master account and change the password to the same one I've been using all along and I was able to log back on the forums again. It's a PITA bug.

Some may disagree with me but as far as I'm concerned that is RMT and his account should be banned if he gets caught. He's also teaching his kid that RMT is okay which could cause the kid problems if he's ever stupid enough to use an RMT site.

If you do decide to use the basic IO's at some point please remember that you can use your main build for SO's and your second and third builds for IO's. That way you'll never have to worry about IO's not working if you drop to Premium. -
They brought the servers down so the OP's GF had time to make everyone cookies.

Also, I hate playing the market. I dump whatever drops on the market, which helps me afford my SO habit.
So I've been playing fully SO-ed characters. Never been kicked from a team. Been derided and/or insulted on the boards a lot, but that's different.

I'm confused. I thought we've established that the Rocket Board isn't a legitimate travel power because you can't use any other powers while it's active, like Walk. Yeah, you can get around, but it's useless in missions and useless if you need to go where the enemy can hurt you. It's really just a quicker, flashier version of walk, a power just to show off with.

Me, I'm looking at the guy(s) that snagged 4 versions of my global as my fans. Whether they like it or not.

Also, one name I thought to try for but was taken was OFFLINE. Long ago, I made a character called OFFLINE all caps on a server I normally didn't play on. In the days before global hide I would sometimes want to chat with a few people but not show up on global lists. So I decided to make a character called OFFLINE so that in all global lists while I was logged into that character I would show up as OFFLINE.
I thought it was clever at the time.

I know I have some characters that would really 'work' better as a different powerset combo, or maybe a different AT, but they also have something like the 1st aniversary badge. Something like that always seems to make me not quite want to delete the character to reroll it. -
