Depends on how many were vaporized in the explosions, and there's the fact that force of those same impact explosions would blow/knockdown buildings away from the impact site.

Thanks. I can never remember how to do that darn TM thingy.

I thought you were an experienced enough player to know that we can turn off our exp under Options. Players do this all the time when they don't want to outlevel content and farm things like the new SO's in the new Sewer Trial.

Quote:I appreciate your attempt to help Tex but your suggestions won't work.Put them in WW/BM without a bid*. Email them to your global.* There are ways.
*Caveat's apply. Don't use email for storage. Items sitting in WW/BM for too long can go bye bye.
You see those 5 enhancements are untradeable and as such cannot be placed in a WW/BM slot or attached to an email. They are bound to each individual character and can only be used by that character or deleted.
And even if they could be attached to an email, characters can't use email's until they are level 10.
So as I said earlier the only option open to minimize their taking up too many slots is to buy the extra enhancement trays. -

We might have believed that if nearly all of your 11 posts weren't complaining about the servers.
-
Quote:Except for the fact that they are all damage enhancements that can't be slotted right away because you have nowhere to put them and unless you buy an extra enhancement tray from the Paragon Market they take up half of your enhancement slotsThey're actually pretty good for lowbies. Even though they look like TO's they act more like IO's in that they never expire. And they're about as powerful as DO's, except more so because they're dual aspect.
Edit: in other words, each one is roughly the equivalent of one damage DO plus one recharge DO. -
Quote:The fact that boosters were a success has already been proven by the simple fact that they kept making them.Okay...maybe you are right. Maybe I am. I have no idea how to prove it, do you?
NCSoft is notorious for cutting their losses on anything that doesn't show a profit. If the Science booster failed as abysmally as you've guesstimated none of the other boosters would have ever been published.
Furthermore this game would never have switched to a hybrid business model if the success of the boosters hadn't convinced the company they could more money selling micro-transactions. -

Quote:That's not gonna happen any time soon.I will say it again:
allow me to invite my own accounts characters.
Quote:In last week's marathon Ustream chat, someone (Posi?) said that even if they implemented offline supergroup invitations, it would be limited to characters not on your account. -

Quote:I'm sorry to be rude but were you dropped on your head repeatedly? I ask because only someone who has suffered some sort of cerebral trauma could possibly believe that the company made less than $20,000 on the individual booster packs.Second, in regard to Base packs...just how much do you actually think these packs they release are making them? Do you really think the Super Science pack made them more than $20,000? Or the Wedding Pack?
My god if that booster was that colossal a failure they would never have made any others. NCSoft/PS does not throw money away on features and games that don't turn a profit.
The actual number of people that have bought boosters is most likely a lot closer to 50,000 to 60,000 for each booster pack.
If you are going to speculate about the numbers please try to make them believable. -

Not from some of the looks he's been giving whenever Amy starts talking about the Doctor. Her unshakable faith in him bothers Rory especially after the last two episodes.

This doesn't necessarily mean they don't have friends, which is sad. A person could be a severe altoholic and simply doesn't want to be constantly pestering his friends for help doing invites.
Or they simply like being self sufficient. -
Quote:Well after they had to crack down on AE exploits the devs learned they can't trust the players as far as the AE is concerned.Who's to say that certain farm, combat mission, etc. authors won't purposefully mis-categorize their missions for the purposes of visibility, or just to spite "RPers", etc.? I think we're putting far too much faith in the honesty of other players, but that's one of the key components of the AE I suppose - faith in other players.

Quote:Whether or not the players/collectors care doesn't matter. The problem is that one or more people at Paragon Studios has flat out said no, and they have the final say on the matter.I figured there would be collectors who objected to it going for sale to the unwashed masses, But maybe there isn't? It has been 6 years or so like I said, maybe by now no one cares so much?
Positron said that some people will have to be not working at Paragon Studios for the power slide to be made available on the Paragon Market. -

Can't see anything in those tiny pictures you posted, but if you are referring to female NPC's with male names that's old news. I saw them first in King's Row 7 years ago when I female NPC named Anthony.
-
The devs have also said they will still be doing free issues so costume pieces can still be added to the game for free. The items I mentioned don't necessarily have to be part of the Barbarian Set.
-
The devs haven't specifically said their were any restrictions on Premiums once they join an SG so as far as we know while Premiums can't create SG's they can join them and once invited they can be any rank and send invites.

Let's see. If I had my druther's I'd prefer to be a villain that wins at the end of the movie. Something like Ming the Merciless with a copy of the Evil Overlord list.
The Emperor Ming: Klytus, I'm bored. What play thing can you offer me today?
Klytus: An obscure body in the S-K System, your majesty. The inhabitants refer to it as the planet Earth.
Klytus: Most effective, Your Majesty. Will you destroy this Earth?
The Emperor Ming: Later. I like to play with things a while before annihilation.
If I had to end up as a hero then I'd like to be something along the lines of Christopher Walken as Gabriel in the Prophecy movies. The guy got kicked out of Heaven, kicked out of Hell, then forgiven and let back into Heaven.
Rafayel: How many more worlds have to burn before you're satisfied, Gabriel?
Gabriel: Just the one. This one.
[rips Rafayel's heart out causing him to scream from pain]
Gabriel: I'm not greedy.
Gabriel: You been with a woman, Zophael? It's like dying... you moan, cry out. You get to a spot that has you begging for release. Once, I was an Angel of Death... now, I die every day... when I have the cash.
Gabriel: In the end, there's still the word. Everywhere. In heaven with angels, the Earth and stars; even the darkest part of the human soul. It was there the word burned brightest, and for a moment... I was blinded.
Yeah a fallen angel crossed with Doctor Who, with 2 Amy Ponds as companions, a Summer Glau T-1000 Terminator instead of the robot dog, and Lacey Chabert as my Romana. -
Sure as long as the people that have had their ability to delete and create new AE content perma-locked for abusing the feature remain banned from making AE content.
