Is there an actual suggestion you are trying to make? Cuz all I'm seeing is a rant that GM's aren't banning RMTers fast enough to satisfy you.
RMTer's vastly outnumber the GM's and will always be able to create accounts faster than the company can ban them. -

Well, technically, some people will see "last 5 sales" prices of a million or more on common salvage, assume that those are the result of evil flippers buying things at low prices and reselling them at a million or more, further assume that this means they cannot get any of the items for sale without matching that price, and come to complain on the forums about how flippers make it impossible for them to get things.
So in a way, they *are* expressing hostility towards people who place high bids, they just don't know it. -

Nah. Both people getting the reward token wouldn't be very exploitable even with two accounts.
Players could use the rewards gotten from gifting to Free accounts unlock things like AT's, character slots, Costumes, SG access, chat channels, Market access, AE access, Email access, Trading, increased inf cap, etc.
Then they could sell the login and passwords of the free account with all the goodies to some dumb schmuck, and then steal the account back after they got the money and claim the schmuck hacked the account if he tried to complain to CS. -

You can't buy anything in the store with reward tokens. The top three tier nine slots are for rotating rewards that hasn't started yet, and there are other tier nine rewards that can be chosen again once the temp reward has used it's charges or assigned to a different character.
As for gifting Paragon Points just go out and buy a prepaid credit card and mail it to your friend so they can use it to buy points.
The great thing about the prepaid credit card gift is that you are giving your friend a secure method of buying stuff that won't ruin their credit if the info gets stolen.
Any wiley internet thief that gets the card info will only have access to the limited amount prepaid on the card, and absolutely no access to the real owners personal information and identity. Plus those cards are insured by the credit card company against fraud and the stolen money will be returned.
Furthermore the card can safely have more money added to it at any time. -

Then someone went and created an alt on a F2P account and in a few hours leveled it up to DO range and had it fully slotted with DO's and still had 300k left over and provided screenshots to back up his test.

More to the point... Masterminds are lame as solo combatants. So what's really more empowering to females - a woman who has no choice but to let an army of men do all the fighting for her, or a character who relies a bunch of butt-kicking female thugs/soldiers/ninjas to do their violence?
Women had to fight tooth and nail to get the respect and loyalty that men in the same position are given automatically and if you think they are lame or that they are letting men do their fighting for them, then you seriously need to get your head examined. -

I regularly pay 1,500,000 for all my salvage even if it is currently selling for 10. I'm not breaking the market. I just don't care. Why let the inf just sit? It doesn't do me any good. I figure at least some of the time some low level early player will get a nice surprise. I know I got one back when I started my new account. I thought it was the best night ever. Shrug, toons I dont use sitting on hundreds of million or in a couple cases a billion plus. Why would I not over pay?

I noticed on the Gunslinger sleeves option 1 that the cuff of the shirt that sticks out of the sleeves cannot be changed to a color that matches the shirt. I can't speak for everyone but I'd like the ability to have the cuffs of my characters shirt sleeves match the color of the shirt he is wearing.

Could the devs also take away their ability to fight back and give them just one hit point? This is supposed to be a super hero game and it's hard to feel super when common street thugs can hurt you.
Anyone that witnessed how badly the AE exploits were abused (Mito farms, etc) knows this is what players want. -

More auras can mean more lag. Especially with leagues now, if 24 people all had 2-3 auras on it would definitely be a hit to performance.
I don't know if you were around when the original hami raids happened (before the zone capped at 50 people) but the general accepted attire was no aura, no cape, for obvious reasons of lag. -
Before I21 the devs told us that once a slot was unlocked on a server it was permanent, but now who knows, maybe they'll change their minds.

The thing I find truly amusing when I see these fluctuations is that there are greedy players out there that see the abnormally high prices and then put their salvage on the market for those same prices where it sits unpurchased after the market crashes on them. Then they have to take a loss on their listing price or give up a market slot, where it sits mocking them, until the next time the market wildly fluctuates on that item.
