CoH has a bit of a reputation when it comes to graphics cards, especially ATI ones... It can be a total swine to get running well with some configurations.

Scrappers... They're just.. bleh!

They also use Gemini Park if I remember correctly, but they don't hang about at GG.

Why would you be using the Delete key? Try using the PrtScrn (Print Screen) key. You might find it works a bit better...

Zoning glitching can me helped by using the /sync command. As for network lag, have you checked with the /netgraph 1 command to see if it IS network lag as opposed to something else like graphics lag?

Freedom Corps are mandated by the FBSA, Longbow are mercs.

Although they're not really mercs either. They're a private army, like Wyvern. In fact, it's probably best to consider them something like an NPC supergroup.

You guys are getting sidetracked from the original question. It's not about Longbow vs Vanguard, it's about what do Longbow do with people they arrest!

Unfortunately, there's zero canon in game about this, as far as I know, so I'm going to go with Birdy. They likely use extraordinary rendition to effectively kidnap and imprison criminals from the Isles, Guantanamo Bay style, but probably lock them up in the Zig, which appears to have infinite capacity.

Actually, the problem is the Catalysts, not CoH. CoH used to work perfectly on ATI cards, right up until the 7.4's. From the 7.5's upwards things started to go downhill, first with the weird gfx effects in water that you observes, then when other odd artifacts.

Have you tried the Omega drivers? They might work better for you.

Seriously though, grandstanding exits are far more likely to irritate people than anything... Had one guy who used to do that every few weeks, was the ONLY person to ever cause me to retcon Ellie. Just have him arrested or something, especially as there's absolutely nothing heroic about him anymore... Even a sacrifice is likely to see him as wanting to buy his way back into peoples good books, and I think he's just about totally ruined ANY chance of that ever happening.

So what about the fact ive lost all my contacts plus all the missions on the crimson arc leading up to mish 9...also the fact i am no longer set as gaining VG merits or able to enter cimerora, and yes GR ive tested by zoning to other places and keep losing contacts (well only the radio as its the only contact i can get).

So the fact that it "seems to have fixed itself" leaves me to have to redo Wars set up with half the contacts to lead up to crimson, and everyone else who has lost it...if so im very disappointed.

I suspect he means that the cause of it seems to have gone away, not the after effects. Hopefully, the GM's will be able to fix your characters as soon as possible. You need to give them time to find out WHAT caused it first, before they can get a fix in place.
