Ice looked up on hearing her name, then nodded an affirmative and grinned at Ryan, a faint blush appearing on her cheeks at his comment about not taking advantage.
-
Ice frowned as Bodicia briefed them on Coleman, and the temperature around her spiked for a few seconds as she took in his history. Clearly, she considered him a prime target if they got the opportunity.
Once Bodicia finished her briefing, she tapped on the screen in front of her a few times until she found the full briefing on Liberty girl, and sat back in her chair to read, still listening to the conversations around her. -
Ice frowned at Shadowe's words, and nodded her agreement with Misha. "She's right. Who cares if a bunch of criminals know it's the Vigil raiding them? What's important is that we do what we have to and get home safe with everyone, and Liberty Girl too. I just think that she's been an idiot for putting other people at risk by going off on her own like she did."
She looked square into Shadowe's eyes, her gaze steady and not like the nervous ones from earlier. "Besides... If it DOES all hit the fan later, I'll just melt it." -
Ice blinked and let out a low whistle. "Fifty grand? That's a lot of money... Won't the Vigil cover that though? Liberty Girl IS one of ours after all, right?"
She looked down again briefly. "Man, I'd hate to cost Ms Rolando that much money just cause I did something stupid... And all this trouble we're going to get her back too... My dad used to say you shouldn't be causing other people trouble." -
Ice blinked at the almost total change of Shadowe's personality; amazed that he could change it so completely. After waiting for him to finish, she spoke up. "Um... Do we have ANY clues as to where she might be? I mean... The Isles are a pretty big place, and if we've got to search the whole thing someone's bound to notice us..."
-
Ice let out a sigh. "I guess you're right... Still, there's no need for Bodi to rag on me so much... It's not fair..."
-
Ice let out a snort of laughter, then looked at Misha, "You're joking, right?"
-
Ice nodded to Starborn as she passed her, then turned to talk to Misha in a quiet whisper.
"Thanks, it just seems that she's got it in for me since she came to my house the other day... Everyone seems to dump on me lately... Mom... her boyfriend... Now computers are doing it! My life just sucks so hard right now, it's untrue..." -
Ice glared open mouthed at the figure in the pilot seat, then sank back into her chair, seething with anger. She grumbled incoherently under her breath for a moment, then clamped her lips shut, not wanting to land herself in even more trouble.

Ice glared at the back of Bodicia's head, and hidden by the row of seats in front of her, flipped Bodicia the finger.
Settling back in her chair, she glanced sideways at Misha and grumbled. "First she wakes me up early on Sunday... Then she woke me at stupid o'clock for this mission... Now she dumps a sink of water and half a bottle of dye on me... What am I, the class joke or something?" Sparks of flame licked at the edge of her fingertips as she spoke. "Maaaan, I can't wait to get to the Isles; I need to bust some heads..." -
I thought it was on a random timer, within certain parameters (ie, spawn at least once every X hours), like the rest of the GM encounters? I don't think you can predict it's spawn time with any great accuracy...

A clattering sound came from the rear of the craft, and one of the bathroom doors banged open, revealing a rather dishevelled and wet looking Burned Ice. Her usually flame red hair was now mostly black from e-dye, but streaks of it ran down her face and over her usually white and blue uniform. She looked like a gone wrong Goth, and her expression was rather unamused.
"Hey!" she called out, "You could have waited a few seconds you know!"
Glowering, she stormed out of the bathroom, pulling the baggy t-shirt over her head as she did and grumbling in a rather annoyed voice. Just before dropping down into her seat, she pulled the jacket back on and glared at the back of Bodicia's head. -
Burned Ice smiled with thanks and picked up the rest of the clothes. "Thanks Misha. I'll go get changed."
Nodding, she headed in to one of the two bathrooms. -
Burned Ice nodded and began to look through the box again. After a moment, and pulled out a black t-shirt with an AC/DC logo on the front. It looks too big for her, but would probably suffice.
"This should do I think, I'll be able to keep my costume on underneath, which is good as its fireproof... Those jeans look way too clean though..."
Picking up the jeans, a flame flared briefly in her hands and she scorched the jeans in a few places, leaving obvious burn marks; then ice replaced the flames, putting out the fires and making the jeans damp to "fix" the burn stains in place. After a moment, she held them up against herself to check. They looked acceptable, but are several inches too long.
"I know what you mean about the eye... Was kinda like that for me too... Umm... Could you cut the jeans down a bit with your claws?" She asked Misha, "A rough cut would probably look best..." -
Ice smiled at Misha. "Thanks. He's cute, but... WAY too pushy."
Looking through the box some more, she pulled out a pair of black jeans that looked like they might at least not fall off her straight away, a belt for the jeans, and an old leather jacket. "How do these look, do you think?" I can take my gloves off, and these jeans should cover most of my boots."
Taking her shades off again, she looked in a small mirror nearby. "I guess the black eye won't look out of place on the Rogue Isles..." -
At the rear of the craft, Burned Ice started to dig through the clothes, talking as she did. "Did... That guy try to come on to me or something? I didn't know what to say or anything when he said... about the clothes and stuff..."
-
Ice smiled back and nodded, with a sidelong glance back at Richard. "Umm, can we go look now, please?"
Getting up from her seat, she moved to the aisle, and nodded a brief hello to the guy just boarding before hurrying towards the back of the plane. -
Burned Ice looked with some relief and thanks at both Misha and Bodicia, "Thanks.", she muttered, then taking a deep breath, looked back to Richard. "I'm Ca.. I'm Burned Ice... N... Nice to meet you too..."
She looked back to Misha for a moment, then asked. "Would you mind helping me find something suitable, please?" -
Burned Ice blushed furiously once again at Richard's smile, and tried to hunker further down into her chair. "Umm.. May.. maybe I'll take a look in the rear... I mean... In the backsi... In a minute!" She managed to stammer.
-
Burned Ice raised a hand, though the direction she was looking kept wandering back to Shadowe. "Umm, yeah... I got one... What kinda clothes? I mean... I figure if we go in our colours like this, we'll stand out like a sore thumb and stuff so... What kinda clothes do they were over there? Don't wanna put on something that makes me stand out more than I do already, y'know?"
-
Burned Ice saw Shadowe turn and wink at her, and her face burned a bright red as she tried to slide down in her seat. "Oh maaaan.. He heard me...." she muttered, fervently wishing she could turn invisible right now.
"Maaaaan, I wish I'd stayed at home... I could just about die right now..." -
Burned Ice blinked, then half stifled a giggle as she blushed again. "He's wearing perfume? Guess the call from Bodicia interrupted something!"
Coughing a little to cover the giggle, she slipped her shades back on and began to strap in. "Are there any others coming on this thing, do you know?" -
Burned Ice took off her shades for a better look at him. "Wow, I've heard of him... He's some kind of heavy hitter isn't he? He's really cute..."
Looking away after a long moment, she went wide eyed at Misha's claws. "Wow, they look sharp!" -
Burned Ice stared open mouthed at the handsome man that had just entered the craft, a faint redness rising in her cheeks. Leaning towards Misha, she whispered quietly. "Hey, who's that guy?"
