Programming languages don't exist in a vacuum. Someone writes a program to compile your C program into machine code, and then usually a third program allows you to execute it. (Alternatively, a computer is simply instructed to start at the beginning of your program, rather than a third program doing the same.)

Machine code don't exist in a vacuum. Someone built the processor to understand your opcode instructions, added registers to store an manipulate temporary data, etc.

The /petcom_... commands only apply to Mastermind pets. /releasepets applies to anything that goes in the Pets window.

Also, when Mastermind pets bug out on zoning and stop following you (which happens to me almost every time I enter a Lambda trial ), /petcomall dismiss doesn't work; it clears your pet window, but the pets don't actually go away, and you can't summon new pets until you release the old ones.

While I'm not surprised, it's a fair question. The last time servers were added to the game was launch day*. Supergroups were added Issue 6. While people may have desired moving characters and been dismayed a the lack of moving SGs, there's never been a *new* server to move to, especially not one that's different in any way from the others (ie, restricted to VIP-only).

* I suppose you could count the EU launch as new servers, but that was also before I6 and was much more separate from the 11 US servers than the VIP server.

Yeah, Speed Boost keeps you out of Caltrops now not because of the +Spd, but because of the +100% Res(Spd).

As a "low level trial", there's no way it can consistently rely on either of those, as characters at that level won't be developed enough.

Steelclaw is referring to the tournament that his characters are competing against each other in. Except whenever a major change comes through the pipeline, he has to restart the entire thing to keep it fair (ie, restart ALL of the characters on ALL of the servers back at level 1). Steelclaw is insane.

They gave us that nearly two years ago. Legacy Chain's light blast powers are Energy Blast shoved through the power color customization screen.

Regardless of my feelings on the F2P model, I think all players deserve equal GM support =/

Remember, once Amy called out the Doctor for being late to the wedding, Rory remembered him too. Amy, River, and the Doctor all remember the previous universe, why wouldn't Rory?

There is no Forum Cartel. It is not cunningly concealed among the apparently carefree City of Heroes players of the forum, its trolls and lurkers. Conversation Judo does not combine common, everyday movements with potent manipulations of puns and facts in a devastating and nearly invisible manner. It isn’t one of the Forum Cartel’s many sources of secret power. It never sees use in the discussion, arguments and flame wars of the players. People do not die from it, occasionally silently and occasionally screaming, days or weeks after not encountering it.
