But we're talking about Miracle and Numina, not about Performance Shifter. Performance Shifter affects "target". Miracle affects "self". Numina's affects "self".
I'm not certain whether Miracle/Numina will affect the Transfusion pet instead of you (since it is the pet casting the actual heal), but it wil NOT affect the enemy. -

Really? From what I see, if you have the complete set, you get Ranged Defense +3.13%, Energy and Negative Energy Defense +1.565%, Area Effect Defense +3.13%, and Cold Defense +1.565%. Maybe it's just me, but I don't see 3% improvement of anything as particularly "amazing".
[/ QUOTE ]3% defense isn't going to make you unkillable. However, Zephyr gives you the second strongest Ranged/AoE defense values (3.125% for Zephyr; 3.75% for Blood Mandate, Mako's Bite, and Numina's Convalescence), in a fraction of the number of enhancements required for other sets. Ranged Defense is normally a 6-slot bonus vs. 2 slots for BotZ, and AoE Defense is normally a 5-slot bonus (Razzle Dazzle has it at 6, Commanding Presence has it at 4) vs 3 slots for BotZ.
Edit: And Winter's Gift gives the highest Cold Resistance bonus - nearly double the Cold Resistance of several purple sets, and does it with 1 less slot. It's also got the highest movement-speed bonus, and a very useful special effect IO. -

[/ QUOTE ]But that would be a lie. The enhancements do work on all of those aspects. Just like an Acc/Mez HO enhances Hold, Stun, Immob, etc. all at the same time.
The fact that you don't have a power that has all of those aspects doesn't mean the enhancement is only enhancing one aspect. -

[/ QUOTE ]I'm fairly certain when that happens, it's a bug. And it's not limited to Heroes, either. Good example: Ghost Widow in the Mender Silos TF, and in Sister Airlia's arc, is actually Boss level.
If you're unsure about the rank of the enemy you're about to fight, check their HP. AVs have much higer HP than EBs do. -

With only one KB IO, you'll still get knocked around a bit, but it will be an uncommon occurrence. For regular enemies, I think it's limited to basically Fake Nemesis (who will also hit through the mag 8 of two IOs), and Storm Summoning Longbow bosses, which I think will stop with 2. (Note that while Storm Longbow can knock you over with Gale, Air Thorn Casters can't... they've got a weaker version of Gale)
Of course, there's also custom critters, I think a few AV/GMs, and Rikti Dropships. (Of course, Rikti Dropships can knock you around even if you've got strong mez protection)

At a total guess, I'd say we're more likely to get an option "Turn off other player's power customization", than to get "remove buff". -

[/ QUOTE ]I can say from personal experience that Jaunt: Endurance/Range + Blessing of the Zephyr: Run Speed, Jump, Flight Speed, Range/Endurance + Winter's Gift: Run Speed, Jump, Flight Speed, Range/Endurance + Invention: Range in Teleport, combined with Invention: Endurance Modification + Performance Shifter: EndMod + Performance Shifter: Chance for +End in Stamina will get you anywhere in the Shard you could possibly want to go. And back. Three times. While running Assault + Tactics + Temp Invulnerability + Hover. And still have a nearly full endurance bar when you're done.

well, since most of my teleporters go with just a single Endrdx in it, and as long as they have stamina 3 slotted with SOs can go pretty much indefinitely, I think you're going overkill :P
