I know lots of people will say avoid defense because of the eyeballs, but all you have to do is skip over those groups. My kat/sr does great in the Storm Palace.
[/ QUOTE ]One should also be wary of the Psi damage Wisps, since Psi is a common weakness
-
Also worth noting is that despite the reduction in the debuff's value, you're still doing +50% damage to the target

But it does say that it's supposed to take Recharge Intensive Pets, right?
[/ QUOTE ]I haven't checked on a Defender, but I'm fairly positive that Fluffy isn't supposed to accept RIP sets, and my Thugs/Dark's Fluffy doesn't get them. -

I do like the tsoo, but they are explicitly hmong, they do not seem to have dealings with chinese or japanese groups
[/ QUOTE ]Hmong includes China, Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, and Burma -

Elude, the tier9 in Super Reflexes, is actually exactly the same as Retsu.
[/ QUOTE ]Which is also the same time as the majority of the Godmode powers -

Have you ever been to Spain?
Do you like the music?
Have you ever been to Heaven?
How about Oklahoma?

IIRC, the ability to modify the database from within Mids' got broken around the time the PvP/PvE toggle was added. -

When I installed my last mouse, it came with a "cursor-finder" option. When I press Ctrl, it throws a collapsing bullseye graphic over the cursor for a second.
[/ QUOTE ]This is also a feature in Windows (grey instead of blue, and there's a few options for what the circle looks like) -
If you can't find a lower-level version available, or you want all of your IOs to be the same/highest level because it looks nice, or if you don't know that they're the same at all levels...

The catch is that you can't slot a lv40 until you're 37

Bangkok is actually "Krung Thep Mahanakhon Amon Rattanakosin Mahinthara Ayuthaya Mahadilok Phop Noppharat Ratchathani Burirom Udomratchaniwet Mahasathan Amon Piman Awatan Sathit Sakkathattiya Witsanukam Prasit" -

Mage: The Ascension FTW! Catgirls FTL!
[/ QUOTE ]Exalted > Mage
In Exalted, there's no such thing as impossible; merely varying degrees of awesome. -

What's the most KB protection you can get?
[/ QUOTE ]"lots"
Practically speaking, in-set KB protection that melee characters get (except ElA) will prevent all KB except the Rikti bombs, because they have 10,000% KB resistance, and KB resistance operates the same as Damage resistance (10,000% KB resistance reduces KB to mag 0). The Rikti bombs, however, are non-resistable. -

Mids stopped work on his planner, so don't expect any more updates to it.
[/ QUOTE ]Mids' stepped down, but gave the codebase to the Titan Network guys; Steiner is the official Mids' developer, now. -
[ QUOTE ]
they don't have an inspiration to remove slow effects. they do have blue inspirations to give you end. see why there was a need for a slow resist io? there isn't a need for this type of io.
[/ QUOTE ]That's a terrible argument.
We've got inspirations that heal you, so there's no need for an IO that heals you. (exhibit 2, exhibit 3)
We've got inspirations to restore endurance, so there's no need for an IO that restores endurance. (exhibit 2)
We've got inspirations that buff your defense, so there's no need for an IO that buffs your defense. (exhibit 2)
We've got inspirations that buff your resistance and provide teleportation protection, so there's no need for an IO that buffs your resistance and provides teleportation protection.
We've got inspirations that provide KB protection, so there's no need for an IO that provides KB protection. (exhibit 2, exhibit 3)
We've got inspirations that increase your ToHit, so there's no need for an IO that increases your ToHit.
And beyond that, endurance drain protection is not the same as endurance restoration. -

Any of the items that dude is wearing would be sweet... most of the other options, IMO, aren't cool. In fact, I don't find most of them even vaguely aesthetically pleasing.
And the Lvl 1 Rage power? Ummm, no. No booster should give a clone of a power that already exists.
[/ QUOTE ]
You think his outfit's cool, his power's even crazier, and he's among the weaker guys in his universe.
And I know, I said a nerfed version of rage, like only lasting one minute with a 25 min recharge and maybe a 30 pnt end crash with a 10% hp crash to boot. I'm going off of how anime characters will stupidly use power ups that end up hurting them once they're over.

Not all anime is Bleach and Dragonball Z.
[/ QUOTE ]Yeah, what about Prince of Tennis, or Love Hina? Pet Shop of Horrors? X?

Yes. Note that Achilles' won't stack.
[/ QUOTE ]
From the same caster that is
Some powers are considered a different caster.
For instance...
A Thugs/Strom MM could put a proc into Enforcers and Freezing Rain. They are considered different casters so their procs could stack. Same thing with a Cold/Sonic defender. 1 in Sleet and 1 in Infrigidate. You are 1 caster and the Sleet is another
[/ QUOTE ]Actually, no. Achilles' Heel proc doesn't stack, period. The effect of the proc is Grant "Set_Bonus.Set_Bonus.AchillesHeel" to the target. The Achilles' Heel "set bonus" is set to Number allowed: 1. So, Achilles' doesn't stack on the target, because it's getting limited by the Rule of 5... where 5 = 1. -
I know they've been looking at making Mids' compatible with Mono, but there's at least something being used by Mids' currently that doesn't work in Mono under Fedora 9 (I tested!
