We've got inspirations that buff your resistance and provide teleportation protection, so there's no need for an IO that buffs your resistance and provides teleportation protection.
We've got inspirations that provide KB protection, so there's no need for an IO that provides KB protection. (exhibit 2, exhibit 3)
We've got inspirations that increase your ToHit, so there's no need for an IO that increases your ToHit.

And beyond that, endurance drain protection is not the same as endurance restoration.

A Thugs/Strom MM could put a proc into Enforcers and Freezing Rain. They are considered different casters so their procs could stack. Same thing with a Cold/Sonic defender. 1 in Sleet and 1 in Infrigidate. You are 1 caster and the Sleet is another

The Achilles' Heel "set bonus" is set to Number allowed: 1. So, Achilles' doesn't stack on the target, because it's getting limited by the Rule of 5... where 5 = 1.

I know they've been looking at making Mids' compatible with Mono, but there's at least something being used by Mids' currently that doesn't work in Mono under Fedora 9 (I tested! )
