Considering the physical servers are moving (have moved?) to Austin, and the common sense technical hurdles pointed out by Schismatrix, the idea that EU stuff is moving to the US seems entirely logical.

There is no Forum Cartel. It is not cunningly concealed among the apparently carefree forum socialites of City of Heroes, in the game and on fansites. No one would suggest that its members have a political agenda within and beyond the City. Nor would anyone believe, should it be whispered, that the Forum Cartel collects vast sums of inf and tips in order to further the goals that it doesn’t have.

I list all my stuff at 5 inf, rather than 1. The only real difference is that if someone actually tries to purchase your item for 1 and you've listed for 1, you lose inf. Whereas someone purchasing your item for 5 that you listed at 5 means you neither gain nor lose anything.

Sure, the loss is minuscule, but it's an actual net loss, rather than losing out on a potential gain (as is the difference between listing for 1 or 5 vs. 5000).
  5. I wouldn't say it's any more complex than most other professional sports. No argument about the tedious part, though

Off the top of my head, I've got coon (perjorative for a black person, as well as abbreviation for racoon).

    Optional Fix.

Alkaloid can target friends and foes. On friends it effects as O2 burst with a + Toxic resist buff. On foes it strikes with a - resistance to Stun, Imob, sleep and weakens against toxic damage effects. Dual purpose makes it usefull and makes it desirable. It would not damage the enemy however. Just a debuff.
Two BIIIIIG problems with this suggested fix:
    1. The powers system doesn't support targeting friends and foes alike. I suppose You could manage it for a pseudopet AoE, but not for a single-target power.
    2. -res(mez) is a BAD idea. Mez duration follows a curve, just like recharge: Final = Initial / (1 + Buff). With recharge, there is a cap at -75% (Final = Initial / 0.25). With mez resistance, the lower bound is -300%. Please, tell me how long the hold will last on the target if the target's hold resistance has been debuffed by 100%. Now, tell me how long the hold will last with a debuff of 100.01%.

For the less quick among us, the latter debuff value will result in -10,000 times the initial hold duration. (Yes, negative duration hold.) The former debuff value will result in an infinite-duration hold.
  16. That. Is. AWESOME.

Reminds me of the time we had a team of 8 running Raid the Snake Temple from Operative Grillo. Set at +4. And we cracked open all of the eggs, rather than using the Snake-B-Gone. I'm pretty sure we ended up with over 30 lv54 bosses together in a small room with a lv54 AV. Fun. As. Hell.

I've got a character in the Faithful Fans of Fallout. Not only do we... "encourage" people to be Vengeance fodder, we do it for Fallout, too.

    VEATs Question

Yes, though is has happened that the game glitches and forgets that you've got a high-enough villain, preventing you from creating another VEAT until you log in to your higher villain.
  21. Not everybody does. It would be a kindness to other people on the forums for you to change your avatar.

No, actually, it's not. While smaller/younger horses can be confused with ponies (since size is the most notable differing trait between ponies and horses), size is not the only distinguishing factor. Others include proportion of the length of the leg to the rest of the body, girth of the barrel, thickness of the neck, width of the forehead, length of the head, weight of the bones, and thickness of the mane, coat, and tail.

Speaking scientifically, a pony is a variety of horse (Equus ferus would be the species for horses, ponies, tarpans, etc.; the domesticated horses and ponies would be the subspecies caballus), and a miniature pony could certainly breed with a Budweiser Clydesdale, though it might be a little bit awkward for both animals.

Speaking as a rider and close friend (and neighbor) to both a boarder and a breeder, however, ponies are not the same thing as horses.

Elementalist armor (note that most of those can be recolored with ink)

Istani armor is probably the most revealing set for females, but on the other end of the spectrum you've got Obsidian armor. (And the Istani is still more tasteful than some of the stuff we can already get.) The male Elementalist armor looks pretty cool all around, and if you want to complain, Zhed Shadowhoof shows off his nipples, but he's an NPC, and a quadruped that'd never see the light of day in CoH regardless.

    Horse =/= Pony.

In "the old days", men rode horses to hunt (killing helpless animals is fun!), for transport (they might as well be inanimate objects... like a car), for farmwork, for war (which is generally an entirely different stock from other horses, with the catchall name 'warhorse'), etc.

Ponies are cute little pets. And there is a difference between a pony and a foal/colt/filly/yearling.
