Mids' is the simplest way to post a build to the forums. A screenshot of the enhancements screen doesn't really tell you what sets or HOs are slotted, and to take a screenshot of the enhancements screen, you have to paste into an image editing program, rather than just relying on the game's screen capture function.

Quote:Intangible targets can affect themselves, too. I believe the only difference between Intangible and Untouchable + OnlyAffectingSelf is that intangible entities don't have hit boxes (you can walk through them)I can confirm for you that Intangibility is its own status affect which is used in powers such as Black Hole and Dimension Shift.
Detention Field however is not a Phase/Intangibility power and is a Foe Capture (Special) and basically immobilizes a foe, prevents harm against him or by him and also disallows him from affecting allies. The affected foe can still affect themselves. -
Zombie Man's skin does NOT solve the issue being discussed here. It's a problem with the board software (or a setting in the software, as Calash indicates), and even if he were trying to do so, ZM couldn't solve it with CSS manipulation.

when the next version is released, you will have to reinstall the program; the Hero Designer's automatic updates system is still looking at Mids' website for updates, rather than the Titan Network.

Why do you think that? I imagine it'll be incorporated into the tailors.

I think that video just proves that Aussies are all nutters.

There's actually 4 more Shadow Shard zones (and aspects of Rularuu) that we know about, but don't exist in the game. Personally, I'd like to see:
- Firebase Alpha (villain zone, accessible from Grandville)
- Factory Cubes (villain zone, contains Chularn the Slave Lord SF)
- The Repository (villain zone, contains Kuularth the Scavenger SF)
- The Garden of Memories (villain zone, contains Uuralur the Mirror SF)
- The Palace (co-op zone, contains Aloore the Watcher TF/SF)
Then, each side of the game would have a Firebase in the Shard, with no aspect of Rularuu in it, 3 exclusive Shard zones with an aspect of Rularuu in it, and access to a co-op Shard zone with the final aspect of rularuu in it. -
Canuckistan is just the 52nd state. They just don't know it yet.

A scorpion was wandering along the bank of the river, wondering how to get to the other side. Suddenly he saw a fox. He asked the fox to take him on his back across the river.
The fox said, "No. If I do that, you'll sting me and I'll drown."
The scorpion assured him, "If I did that, we'd both drown."
So the fox thought about it and finally agreed. So the scorpion climbed up on his back and the fox began to swim. But halfway across the river, the scorpion stung him.
As the poison filled his veins, the fox turned to the scorpion and said, "Why did you do that? Now you'll drown too."
"I couldn't help it," said the scorpion. "It's my nature."
(See, it's got a river, so it's fishy. Like this forum!) -

Not that I've tested it, but I don't believe that would work. If the repel were a power granted to the anchor (it's most decidedly NOT), then that would work splendidly, but both the repel and hold are just an AoE originating from you. The anchor wouldn't be repelled, but the guys next to him still would. Until they got out of range of the anchor, and then they'd top repelling... and stop being held, too.

Don't worry, I may not be bewildered by Twitter from being old like you, but I am a troglodyte, so I'll join ya

It's a setting in VB's php... which is then translated into HTML/CSS when the page is rendered. At a glance, it looks like you need to change the CSS width of div.menucase and div.page; it's currently set to 90%

I've been on other forums with the feature (including ones in which the entire table cell is linked via JavaScript, rather than just the actual text), but most forums have a larger image to click to reach the newest unread post.

Quote:Inertia resists change in velocity. By reducing inertia, it becomes easier to change velocity. So if you want to get technical, IR should debuff your slow and immob resistanceThere are two side to inertia: moving things want to stay moving, and still things want to stay still. Presumably since the kineticist wants to stay in motion, he'd be shifting the scale away from immobility towards mobility.
