I hoard temp powers, particularly pets, particularly on my Mastermind.
It's really really really fun to unload a swarm of pets on an AV. I think I had 15 pets against an AV once, all from me (including my henchmen and Dark Servant)

Nope. It means the rep-giver was too low to register even a single point shift one way or another.
I tested this on my wife's account. She has zero reputation and 3 posts. When I repped my account from hers, I get the grey dot. -
If you're talking about gladiators, that's a heal farm, not a damage farm.

I should probably also mention that part of the goal here is to limit how many times you have to zone to get to where you're going. Some days it takes two or three minutes for a zone loading to complete for me, which makes Bases, Ouroboros, and other such "short cuts" a huge unneeded time sink to get where I am going. I would much rather load a single zone that has the tools I need to use in it than have to bounce between two or three.

Only, Force Field, Sonic Resonance, and Trick Arrow don't get heals. Cold Dom, Dark Miasma, Kinetics, Radiation Emission, and Storm Summoning do get a single heal each. But it's either a really weak heal to begin with, or it's a stat buff with a heal attached. Basically, in the current defender lineup, only the Empath would really benefit from a base AT boost that powers up heals.
Also, Dark and Kinetics are tied for the best AoE ally heal in the game. (And Twilight Grasp/Transfusion are over 90% of the strength of Empathy's Heal Other)
Also also, Dark Miasma sort of gets 2 heals, since both the player and Dark Servant have Twilight Grasp available.
Also also also, Dark Blast characters can pick up a self heal if they so choose (Life Drain) -

2 endurance reduction enhancements, and you can cross any but the largest zones (IP, Nerva, Shadow Shard) without any problem whatsoever.
