This is not quite correct. The law of fives applies to set bonuses with the same name, not the same numeric value (ex: "Huge Improved Recharge Bonus" vs. "Luck of the Gambler Recharge Bonus")

Use Mids' Hero Designer. It will tell you when you've got more than 5 of the same bonus.

I don't really have a problem with it, and I know others who don't, so it's obviously not a thorn in everyone's side.
  2. However, Trip Mines, Acid Mortar, etc. do move with you IFF you begin activating them while someone else is using Team Teleport. I did it all the time on the Trapped! superteam. (Essentially, the trap is placed at your location at the end of the activation, not at the beginning)

I honestly cannot think of a single way that the system they've got in place is easier on the servers or faster, at all. I may not be able to see their code, or the results of their performance tests, but I don't have to look at you to know punting you off a building will cause you to fall to the ground.

It's not facepalm-worthy, it's exactly right. You have to log off to get progress on day jobs.

Yeah. I mean, in Guild Wars, I set all my Heroes to /Ranger if they aren't already Ranger/, and go capture a Flamingo as their pet. ARMY OF FLAMINGOES.
  11. Also, the Red Caps are part of the Unseelie Court*, and all the Unseelie are evil to some degree. (Some more evil than others, of course)

    * Okay, I don't think the game actually says that, but there is an Unseelie Court faction, and Red Caps in real-world myths are a part of the Unseelie Court.

Hmm, now you're making me doubt myself. I just checked the Knives_of_Artemis_Inherent powerset on CoD, and there wasn't anything there with +per. I don't see anything in their individual sets that give it, either, so you may be right.

What did you play? I've got a dual-daggers warrior type character, and the only time that I've really had to spam potions is against certain bosses.

    Redraw Times

The redraw used to be part of the cast time of the power. That was before Dual Blades. DB had the redraw taken out of the cast, and it made the attacks look a lot smoother. People liked it, a lot. A little while later, the redraw was removed from the cast time for other weapon sets, too. The worst you can possibly do (redrawing every attack) makes you equal to what the set was before Dual Blades came out.
  17. And a few of the radio missions themselves...

Yeah, Dungeon Runners is free to play. They make money off of it from the optional $5/mo membership fee, and selling $20 game boxes (includes 6mo membership). Membership gives you access to "members only" items, which includes the stronger version of health/mana potions, and most (but not all) of the higher-end equipment. If you buy the box even once, you have a "Bling Gnome" pet available forever, even if you lose membership status. The Bling Gnome will pick up dropped gold for you, and you can tell him to turn the low-end equipment that hasn't been picked up into more gold.

He was completely right, by the way.

Fake Edit: I checked, it's not in Kuhr'Rekt's arc. I am fairly certain, though, that I saw that line in high-level villain content. Might be wrong, though.

Real edit: D'oh! It's actually the level 10-15 VEAT arc, and it's a generic Huntsman that says "Pathetic, although I bet you just hit a medical teleporter and try your luck against me again. Stupid lemming."
I remember there's an upper level villain mission with Synapse in which he accuses you of popping inspirations
  19. Heroes would be complaining that City of Villains had more space and stuff to do

His costume wasn't broken. It was fixed. Hitting reset won't help the OP.
  21. Oh, be nice. Don't tease the guy.

Cobra: I think that's a pretty good idea. City Valut, which the previous two posters alluded to, is not actually coming, so what it was or was not meant to have is irrelevant.

There's also a vomiting animation, and I recall there being some bugs that can allow you to use it as an emote, but the method escapes me, if it's even still possible.

I don't understand what you mean with these.
  24. Also, a Stone Armor/Radiation Emission character wouldn't really be able to tank effectively... [Taunt] is in the Tanker's melee set, not his armor set, and Challenge/Provoke from the Presence Pool are not very good at holding aggro.
  25. I'm certainly not opposed to more costume options, but perhaps you should post in JLove's costuem suggestions thread, since he's the main costumes dev and that's the only place he looks for costume suggestions
