    1) The +Stealth IOs are not in the Universal Travel sets (Winter's Gift and Blessing of the Zephyr), but rather in individual travel sets (Celerity, Time & Space Manipulation, Unbounded Leap, and Freebird)
    2) Sprint does accept Universal Travel sets.

Empathy causes steamrolling when you've got 3 or more of them on the team. (See Green Machine)

Hmm... though I suppose I could set Old Realm words to map to Kanji characters...

And it's assuming you're fighting enemies at your level, who don't have Defense powers of their own, and aren't hitting you with -ToHit debuffs.

And if you read the Paragonwiki links above, you'll find that your hit chance is capped at 95%; Mids' does not cap the displayed value. However, the value goes down as you face opponents higher level than you, or opponents with Defense buffs or ToHit debuffs.

The only way I could really justify that statement is for Regeneration, because Stalkers have less HP. Generally, the power that Hide replaces isn't very important to them (such as Death Shroud), or isn't exactly a necessity (such as Quick Recovery). In fact, because of Hide's superior defense while Hidden and the fact that both Scrappers and Stalkers share the same base values, I would call several of the Stalker secondaries better than their Scrapper equivalents.

Hey, just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get me!

But yeah, basically what everyone else said about prestige buying, and about needing to be #1.

That's not a bad stormie, that's just a stormie demonstrating that chaos > order

Technically. In the same sense that Foot Stomp is Knock Back.

Aside from the direction vector of the motion imparted on the target, Knockup and Knockback behave identically. Air Superiority is low enough magnitude for the KU to be turned into KD.

All of them that were in Mantid's guide. (Well, you can see either the Mantid model or the Ghost Widow model, while the guide had both models for most of the emotes)

    Characters: NPCs
    Creatures: Devouring Earth, etc.
Vehicles: Buses to go with the bus stops. More cars that don't know how to steer

    Posting links

More Specifically, since Agge's link goes to the phpBB version of BBCode, which isn't necessarily the same as our vBulletin version (not that I've actually compared them)

Since MS's 'wingding font' has never been accepted as a Net standard, it's use is severely frowned upon. It conflicts with Unicode; non-Windows OSs don't have access to it (Unix and Mac); and browsers which play by the rules and don't use it (FireFox) won't display it.
I'm a big fan of High Realm, but then that's a custom font I created myself, so it's not possible for anyone else to see it like I do

  15. Unless the debuff in question is the -tohit from The Fool, or the Vahzilok Wasting Disease.

They don't. The spam is likely coming from the accounts of people who paid to get their characters PLed, and then subsequently had their full accounts stolen. Or, the RMTers are making enough money that buying full accounts to send spam emails isn't a net loss. Or a combination of both.

The lowest you can get Stamina is at level 15 if exemplared, right? Exemplar level + 5 levels for powers, right?
The OP is trying to calculate things based in I16 exemplaring, which isn't the same as I15 exemplaring. I haven't kept up with exactly how exemplaring is changing in I16, but based on current rules on Live, your calculations are off by a percent or two (lower than they should be).
  21. I'd take the Willpower rez, mostly because I love Mutation so much. The other sets I tend to look at the rez as a lv49 power

  23. I believe DarkGob is correct; the original version of the power was a click rather than a toggle, and they just never changed the name.

Well, the theoretical -KB enhancement could have an inverse relationship, in much the same way that endurance reduction or recharge enhancements do. Also, if the -KB enhancements used exactly the formula used by endrdx or recharge, only 700% would be needed to go from mag 6 to 0.75, not 800%. (The formula is n / [1 + %]; 6 / 8 = 0.75; 8 - 1 = 700%)

A simple solution could be a m / [1 + %ⁿ], where m is the base KB rating, and n is some constant decided upon for the formula. If n = 2, ~264.5% kbrdx is needed to bring m = 6 down to 0.75. If n = 3, ~191.2% kbrdx is needed to bring m = 6 down to 0.75. etc. Alternatively, a different formula could be... um... formulated

For reference, 3 +0 schedule D enhs (current Knockback) is 168%
