And the problem with targeting and hitting the Jade Spider is largely why Rularuu doesn't show up in the game.

I seem to recall Castle playing around with giant mekmen being available in the AE on Test, trying to get targeting working better. I dunno if anything came out of that, though.

PK plays, like, one character. Ever. When PK gets to 50, he rerolls the same character again.

    Shadow Shard

    1. Some other dimension. Possibly outside of any dimension. Not sure.
    2. To eat our dimension. That's what Rularuu does. He eats dimensions.
    3. Trying to eat our dimension.
    4. Not sure. I think the Shadow Shard is a consequence (direct or indirect) of the Midnighters trapping him.

  6. I believe the base regen rate depends on the GM in question. Their cap is equal to that of squishies. (Though, their HP is much higher, so it's more hp/sec)

Also, doesn't matter what you say, you're not going to convince me that blue... thing... should be called a clockwork

They're not the same value. One is the limit as you approach 0 from the set of positive real numbers; one is the limit as you approach 0 from the set of negative numbers!

He's well-known enough that people still call him PK instead of Westley.
  12. I know at least one person has 6-slotted Brawl with purples, before the change

Honestly, I'd only put any enhancements in Brawl on a Brute.

Because no matter how many comic book examples you can throw at me, they were created by professional writers, who are paid to do a good job and write an interesting story. They stick within the bounds of the established universe, or with permission extend those bounds (ie: new characters/locations), and they work with other writers of the same universe to attempt to maintain consistency.

Players of an MMO, on the other hand, (to quote a previous signature of PK) have SNAKECAKE.

The data, probably. The servers themselves, unlikely. Servers are easy to repurpose

If I take a RAM snapshot of the game running in Steel Canyon and one of the game running in Atlas Park, I'll have two different images as a result. If I take a snapshot while standing next to SuperDude vs. standing next to FluffyCatGirl, I'll get a different image. If I enter a mission, take a RAM snapshot, exit the mission, reset it, enter, and take a second snapshot, I will in all likelihood, get a different image. Your RAM snapshot as proof of modification is extremely poor for "proof".

It's the first two steps that make it a EULA violation, not the third. If you hand-drew maps of all the zones, converted them to the game's file types, and put them in the directories to be read by the game, that would not be a EULA violation.
First, there is at least one program (CoH Splasher) which doesn't make any copies of existing game data. CoH Splasher just lets you put your own images into circulation, which could be a photograph of your cat, for all the program cares. Another example would be the guide for silencing game sounds - the completely silent OGG file used in the guide does not come from the game at all. Another example is my QuickChat modification guide (or the /popmenu guide that was written after someone read my guide); while my guide supplies the base format used by the default game, many people have posted alternative MNU files which are not at all based on the original game file.

Second, attempting to prove that the files used in map patches/etc. are modified versions of exactly the in game files would be difficult at best. Trying to prove that they were extracted from the PIGGs (rather than, say, a UI screenshot) would be nearly impossible, barring statements from their creators acknowledging the fact.

That's a matter of opinion. There's also the fact that we already have Praetorian clockwork (in both radiation and electric varieties). My first thought was that it looked like Cyborg Pack costume pieces with some greebles added. Which is pretty lame, for both a costume code, and for an actual enemy group.

Signature characters always get pieces unique to them, to distinguish them from players.

False. Going down the list of existing powers, I only had to check 12 to find a power with both Ranged_Attack and AOE_Attack: 5thColumn.Fifth_Column_Minion_Soldier_Heavy.Missil e_Launcher

Edit: Looking further, I've found 11 powers which are Ranged+AOE (including one of the temporary powers from the Abandoned Sewers Trial, zombie apocalypse zombies [or possibly Halloween ToT zombies, I'm not certain], and several villain groups). I haven't found any Melee+AOE or Melee+Ranged, which suggests ~0.18616% of powers with attack vectors have multiple position vectors.

Edit: 4 of those 11 powers also have Lethal_Attack, and 2 of those 4 also have Smashing_Attack. The 2 with smashing are from Axis America and 5th Column (the first I found), and the other 2 are event zonbies and Banished Pantheon

Even if it didn't ignore enhancements, I'm pretty sure you'd need Endmod enhancements (rather than endrdx), anyway.
