Maybe if there was a mission in which stealth was a literal requirement, rather than just a good suggestion. I remember similar quests in Guild Wars and Champions: Return to Arms, where if you didn't stealth past the patrols, you either got infinite ambushes or insta-ganked. But I don't see that happening in this game, particularly when patrols break so often, and with the power being in a for-purchase pack. (Assuming Shadowy Presence is in fact in SB4)

QFT. Grabbing a Call to Arms: Defense Bonus Aura for Pets recipe on a Hero and going rogue is a much bigger impact on the Black Market than handing your teammate an awaken.

It shouldn't be rooting:Quote:Originally Posted by patch notes 2007-02-27all click power activation rooting has been normalized to follow the below rules:

Quote:I cannot find any reference to "Ninja_Helmet", or anything close (the nearest thing I could find was the Oni's head)a friend told me that in the files was a string that had the word "Ninja_Helmet" and a power that comes with it that grants motionless stealth.
However, I did find a reference to an inherent power called "Shadowy Presence", which matches your description of the stealth power. 5s interrupt, 5min duration, 10min recharge, enough StealthRadius to be invisible to anything but snipers, and gets suppressed if you move, attack, get attacked, or click a glowy. And it's a click, so when it's suppressed it's suppressed until it recharges.
TBH, it doesn't sound particularly useful... -
Hmm... I've been going through trying to eliminate all my wikia search results, but the Player's Guide to the Cities/Credits result keeps appearing, no matter how many times I remove it from my results list. And it's not like it's a different link to the same page, it's the exact same URL every time...
Edit: It also won't let me add paragonwiki.com to the results list alongside wiki.cohtitan.com...

y'know, a few people have been posting the Konami Code, without saying what they want it to do. Since it first appeared in Gradius in 1986 for the NES, the code is used in over 80 games by Konami and over 70 games by other developers... and even things that aren't games, like digg.com or the Palm Pre. It's most famous as the Contra Code, but that only gives you 30 lives, which isn't exactly useful in a game where you can just rez yourself or take a trip to the hospital.
Also, it ends with B A, not with B A B A. Select and Start are only sometimes part of the code (in particular, the code often has to be entered from the pause screen, requiring you to press Start to get back to the game, and sometimes requires Select as code confirmation). -
If it ain't broke, it doesn't have enough features yet
I think it's all the same person, or one person with puppet accounts. It seems to be the same phrasing each time. -
She's not capable of wielding it. Hero 1 gave it to her when he left on his suicide mission (and aren't we glad Honoree doesn't have it!), but she isn't able to use it.

Then again, I seem to recall seeing police drones actually disappear during a Rikti invasion, though that could simply be due to the 100 entity render limit.

I've thought about it a lot, and I've come to realize that all of my criminal tendencies and flamboyant fashion choices came from two sources: books and other reading material, and more importantly, video games.
Video games and books. You can't forget the negative impact of the books too. If those books hadn't expanded my horizons, I would have just been a violent social misfit because of video games.
One alone can do irreparable damage, but both together, well, you can see the results.
If you don't want your children to become violent criminals bent on world conquest, then you need to act immediately. Don't let them play video games. Keep them away from books. And you'd probably better keep them inside, too. I'd suggest that you replace those other activities with something better. Something that can heal them. I'd suggest Television. I often wish I'd watched more TV as a youth. Who knows what I could have been? -
I think my Invisible Pink Unicorn character deserves permanent invisibility

Yes, though you're unlikely to be able to buy the US version in a UK brick-and-mortar store. There should be no problem buying from the NCSoft online store (though make sure you switch which version of the store you're looking at, since it defaults to a region based on your IP)

* Ummm... Duh.
* You were Mommy's "Special" child weren't you?
* They really let you man the Emergency Alert System, huh?
* They hire ANYONE for those Munipal jobs.
* Wow, I hope they don't have an air-raid siren attached to that alert... otherwise Sally is going to move to Independence Port.

I don't think they ever forgot the relationship between the two. The controversial aspect of their relationship is never stated explicitly, and with the way they're portraying Emperor Cole, my guess is that part of their relationship still remains intact in canon, it's just much more of a secret in Praetoria.

Neither Dark Melee nor Dark Blast are underpowered. I can't say I have much experience with Dark Melee, since I rarely play melee characters, but Dark Blast is actually one of the better blst sets. While it doesn't have a third single-target heavy hitter skin to Blaze or Bitter Ice Blast, it does have two exceptional cone attacks, one of which is also an immobilize.

Nothing in the game lore has ever suggested that. Recluse and Statesman both became Incarnates just by drinking a bit of water. Stheno and Trapdoor may also be incarnates, but there isn't very much information about them.

Quote:It's another AoE for Blasters to put a healing proc inFrozen Aura was the bane of my Tank's life for a long time. I was very, very surprised that they didn't change the Blaster version of the power when they gave Tankers damage in it. It's mostly just a waste of a power except to look cool.

I totally think she counts as a Time Lord. The Doctor is both of her parents, right? So she's gotta be his same raceQuote:Just saw Episode 6 of S4... does Jennie (or is it Geeny) count as a time lord? She did not exactly regenerate but she came back...

I am sure the fuscia box will see much use on Praetoria, however.

Quote:Arachnos happened before Recluse; it was created by The Weaver (not to be confused with Weaver-1, who is still alive AFAIK), and in Primal Earth, Lord Recluse had Red Widow assassinate The Weaver in order to take control of the organization.Stephen Richter (Lord Recluse) is dead, but Arachnos still happened
One of the things Arachnos did under The Weaver's control was bring Benito Mussolini to power in Italy in 1922, for example. -
