Since I'm sure it will be asked many times, I grabbed the stats for the Ninja Run power from its detailed info pane, and compared it to the existing travel powers, and the powers you can stack it with.
I'm making this in a separate thread, so that it doesn't get lost in the middle of the other SB4 thread. (All values at level 50, without slotting)
Ninja Run- 695% Jump Height
- 136.95% Jump Speed
- 140% Run Speed
Super Speed- 350% Run Speed
Combat Jumping- 200% Jump Height
Super Jump- 2780% Jump Height
- 249% Jump Speed
Sprint- 10% Jump Height
- 50% Run Speed
Hurdle- 166.8% Jump Height
- 124.5% Jump Speed
Swift- 35% Run Speed
And now, a handy chart:

(Assuming all powers unehnaced)- Ninja Run jumps higher than Combat Jumping
- Ninja Run + Hurdle is faster than Super Jump
- Ninja Run + Hurdle is faster than Fly while jumping
- Ninja Run + Sprint + Swift is almost 2/3rds as fast as Super Speed
- Ninja Run + Sprint + Swift is about 3/4ths as fast as Siphon Speed
- Ninja Run + Sprint + Swift is a tiny bit faster than Fly while running

Quote:It's the "Samurai Menpo" Detail 2 piece from the 18mo vet reward.Am I the only one unable to find that costume piece posted in the screenshot? You know, the one with two LARGE fangs from the poking out from below? It looks rather cool, but I can't find it...
Edit: Nevermind, I just looked at the screenshot on the store page, and it's not the same. Will continue looking...
Edit: Found it: "Oni Guard" Detail 2 piece -

Yes, it will trigger every 10 seconds, with a separate chance to proc on each foe within the radius when the proc pulse hits.

Quote:There is quite literally one time in the entire game (under specific circumstances) where I would rather the Rad have LR over EF: Running the Barracuda SF, during the final mission, while fighting Reichsman, right before he goes Untouchable, if there is no Mastermind on the team (since MMs get a temporary power that prevents him from going Untouchable).Rad has too many good powers for any team to only want them for LR if they have any clue.
There is literally no other circumstance where I would justify LR over EF (though I would never mind a teammate with both

Quote:There were several people complaining that the pack was MA-themed, I was just responding in general, not specifically to you. Sorry if I offendedI'm glad though that someone can still mention personal disappointment, say it's still cool that others are happy and yet still have someone color it as saying "Totally unfair!" As long as it's going to be that way anyway, next time I'll say I'm threatening a class action lawsuit and Paragon Studios totally slapped me in the face.

For reference, Burn gives mag 50 Afraid (makes the AI run away), while Rain of Fire has mag 5 Avoid (makes the AI stay out of the AoE, but not necessarily run away)

Quote:Yeah, I love how the technology booster lets me create a wide variety of technology-based heroes, and how the science booster doesn't just restrict me to the whole 'mad scientist' look. The natural booster restricting me to martial arts has zero precedent and is totally unfair! It sounds okay for... what it is. But I was really hoping for more "universal" Natural choices than only a bunch of martial arts stuff.

Obviously, you're no longer using Claws, but holding a set of 3 kunai between each finger!Quote:To illustrate why the Claws-out Ninja Run looks odd, have a look
Your location says you're from Defiant? Did you buy the US or EU version of the booster? -

Have you just been playing Aion too much or something?

Bonfire can be bad. But it can also be very good. Consider, for instance, what ATs have access to Bonfire. They're all squishy. Set Bonfire at your feet, and enemies don't run up to munch on you any more.
And since it's a location AoE, it's fairly easy to place in the most optimal spot. -

I take it you're not from America?
A common... I guess you would call it a "game"... in America, particularly with children and young teens, goes as follows:
- Two people say the exact same thing at the exact same time
- One of the two says "Jinx! You owe me a CokeĀ" -
Quote:Actually, you only need to defeat lv47+ enemies to receive purples, you don't need to be 47+ yourself. So, solo, you could theoretically get purples when you're level 43.Purple recipes only drop at level 50, so you need to be 47 and up to receive or use them.
However, you're right, you can't use them until level 47, and the same applies to Hamidon enhancements. -
Quote:I know exactly what it would allow them to doIf this was done for Empathy Defenders, you don't even want to know what it would allow them to do.
