I genuinely agree with all the praise being heaped on you for this piece, Henri. In my strictly amateur opinion, it's Awesome!
As for the criticism, the sky is very nice and stormy, but the bright spot is a tad too white and the light on it is too 'hard'. I presume that the same spotlight that is illuminating H3 NRi (or one like it) is supposed to be providing that? Also, none/little of that actinic-bright light is hitting the Building?
The highlight/shine on his legs really should run right about where the inner edge of the leg-pattern is... As it is, he appears to be standing directly over, or slightly in front of, another spot-light, shining directly on his nether bifurcation...

Everything works for me, except Caemgen seems to have 2 left arms.
I think it's the perspective of the glove being behind the muscles in the upper arm. If the glove super-imposed those arm-muscles, then it would clearly be in front, and might not appear to be behind his body. Does that make sense?

It could just be faulty wiring in my head, but it looks like you're getting better at the drawing, too. Toons are a little smoother looking, faces slightly more expressive, bodies posed a touch more naturally... I like it lots!

Sounds like you have great bandwidth. As you may have surmised from this experience, the true limitation on download speed (once you reach broadband-class bandwidth) is in how much 'pipe' the Server gives you.
So, your 6000 Kps could be quite fast at 6 megaBits per second, or it could be rather awesome-fast at 6 megaBytes per second (Bytes is 4x Bits). Either way, it looks like NCSoft may have invested some money in 'fat pipe' for us. Although I still don't see why we need a New Launcher to make this work.

It looks like it will be an awesomely epic piece!
And, perhaps my eyes are being fooled by all of the detail you've drawn, but... um, did you accidentally Escher Caemgen's elbows? They appear to be glued on backwards. Basically, the bones are showing through the musculature in ways that bones and muscles don't go.
And Daybreaker's visible arm has a similar oddity. Does his armor mimic the shape of musculature, or does he have two oblate pods on the outside of his arm? If it's supposed to be muscles, then that shape goes on the inside of the arm and would not be visible from this angle. It just looks odd to me.
Other than that, as I said, it looks pretty dramatic.

While this is lovely, I am less worried about someone hacking my NCSoft Master Account, than I am some random NCSoft employee making off with my Credit Card info, or someone hacking NCSoft's database. That's because my CC info Was recently misappropriated and it appears to have been right after re-subscribed at NCSoft.
I am irked at how NCSoft won't let me purchase time when I want to, but insists that They should be in control of when my card is charged. I wanted to take advantage of the Holiday subscription time deal, but the only way I could do so was to essentially 'guarantee' that there would be sufficient money in my account 2-3 months later, when my existing subscription ran out of time. So I missed out on that deal, because I could not actually 'buy' at a time when I had the money to spend.
A keylogger could not have captured my Master Account password, since my password-handling software does that. A trojan on My system could not have captured my CC info, since That is 'on file' at NCSoft. So, the issue is not a lack of security from my end, but a lack of security at NCSoft.
That said, I don't really object to improved security on my NCSoft account - except for the inconvenience factor. I just see this as passing the onus for security to the customer, which allows them to pretend that there isn't a risk and responsibility at their end.

Because I called Blizzard about the charge, thinking it had been done internally from 'my' old trial account. The representative told me about the account which my card had been used on - clearly not 'my' account, and about the history of that account (up for about one day before being ban-hammered).
I am now in the process of getting the fraudulent charge reversed.
And I did not get key-logged because my CC info is on file with NCSoft. I simply re-authorized payment from that account. Which is why I suspect the data got captured from their end.

Actually, I recently re-upped my sub, NCSoft was located in Texas this time, and then I got an extra, fraudulent, charge for WoW (which I haven't played in years) on an account also in Texas... Said WoW account was, apparently, insta-banned for gold-selling spam.
So it's not just an over-seas issue. However, thanks for posting this, because, up to now, I'd presumed that CoX/NCSoft was secure. I'll be having a chat with them about that.

I'm the same, GA. I'll happily stack accuracy bonuses until I'm over 200% to hit an even-con minion. I consider the +66% of two Acc SOs to be a firm target for every power that takes takes accuracy. And I'm often tweaked for it, by people that see my builds. They usually want to see me building for +Defense, instead.
I'm curious, too, about how much is 'enough' for capped values vs... well, even vs. AVs, GMs, and +4 EBs.

Monstrous Cat Feet: They look great, but they need a 'large' option, about the size of the current Large Monstrous Claws. They look disproportionately small with a 'Huge' body-type.
Why do All of the 'Large' Feline heads have Manes? What if I didn't want that sort of extra furriness?
By the same token, the 'Medium' ones don't have a mane... Why is Size related to hairiness??? That makes no sense.

No, in this case, he is talking about hard-core, real-life heroing, rather than comic-book heroing. IRL, when you die, the game is over and it's time for whatever your religion specifies after death. No do-overs, no "Miracle Max's Miracle Pill - Cure's 'Mostly Dead' in one treatment!" And definitely no Marvel/DC infinite resurrection & retcon.
It's a game-play choice for those who don't find the 'easy-mode game' exciting enough, so they chose to make the 'fatal mistakes' actually be fatal. It's a bit like the old quote, "Depend upon it, sir, when a man knows he is to be hanged in a fortnight, it concentrates his mind wonderfully." Or, in this case, "may be face-planted if he fouls up..."
Gives one the 'no underwear' thrill that you might remember from your very first venture out from under Ms. Liberty's skirt, into the wilds of Atlas Park, with fear and caution, ready to punch your first Hellion.
If you ever find yourself 'bored' with the beginning game, you could give 'Hard-core' a try.
