I would like one more single-target attack in each form, so I can maintain a viable attack-chain without Monstrous levels of +recharge. (Eye-beams would work for the Nova.) Looking at Black Dwarf, I see that their 'self-heal' is a clone of Dark Melee's Siphon Life - a superb single-target attack, so perhaps they should get a self-stealth bonus power, instead?
I would like One more inherent enhancement slot in each form's powers, to ease the slot-crunch. So Nova and Dwarf have two slots, initially, in each power.
Non-offensive 'temporary' powers should not be locked out from the forms. I might argue that all Pool powers should also be available, but I think that would be over-doing things. We should not have to be in Human form to summon a pet, or teleport to Base or Auction House.

Bad Idea: Using the Wiki during a team wipe.
Good Idea: Spending a few minutes making sure your costume looks great!

So, I'm jaunting towards the new Atlas Park Police Station, where I volunteer for a Day Job, when I see this odd character, standing there like a Contact, so I investigate... He doesn't respond to talking or poking. No mention of him in ParagonWiki - so I'm confused.
Who is Representative Manzini?
Does anyone know?

Feel free to holler at Jay Love, but 'completing' sets seems to have a very low priority. The 'Steampunk' armor-set still lacks boots and normal-sized gloves, and that's one of the Original sets, it's been 'broken' for half a decade, now.

And you can't have a buff-pet out at the same time.
And you can't be a shapeshifted Kheldian at the same time.
And if you get mezzed, your pet dies.

Bah, we're Artists, we save the flame wars for arguments about the right shade of green to use and whether <insert name> is a hack.
However, yes, I'd post them to the Re-Design thread and see if anyone is feeling artistic.

A while back, I'd replaced the background in the Character Creator with a nice purple one. However, with the release of Freedom and the redesign of the Creator screen, I've lost that.
The new background texture is... really dark and crummy. Does anyone have a replacement? I presume the method of replacing it is similar to how one might replace the loading-screen? (Thanks everyone for helping me with that!)
Can we have a little more light and beauty while crafting the latest fashions?

Quote:Duke, everybody seems to be talking some version of relative merits, but let me make my observation fully clear...Can anyone explain to me why anyone would pick mind control on a troller? thanks
A Mind/* Controller can walk through a mission without taking a single hit of damage. Playing their AoE mezzes and Powerful ST chain, the enemy may never even be Able to aggro the Mind/* Controller and any survivors won't know or remember what happened.
An investigation team will find no scorch marks, no cold spots, no piles of broken rock, no mysterious pool-tables/statues/trashcans, or other strange junk lying around for no reason. In fact, the only answer to 'What the heck Happened here??' will be 'Everyone went crazy and died.' An Experienced investigator might realize, at that point, that a Mind/* Controller must be the answer. Particularly after seeing the bodies of the people who mysteriously smashed their heads against the ground, over and over.
On a Team, the Mind/* Controller harnesses the chaos of battle and turns it against the enemy. Or they work as above, only serving up a smorgasbord of helpless foes for their teammates to brutalize - I mean 'arrest'.
Here's the key... Mind Control is Subtle. Not flashy. A clueless PUG may get through the whole mission and wonder 'What did Captain Brainwash contribute to this team? I didn't see him do Anything.' Yep, and neither did the bad-guys. They never knew what hit them.
But you'll know. You made it happen.

'Clanket'?? Is this a blanket made of Clockworks? When you cover yourself in clockworks, do they try to convert you into a Paladin?

Pet summons are no longer simply Summonings. They're acting as Toggles. Granted, the toggle costs no Endurance (that I can see), but any situation that would cancel a toggle is cancelling the pet.
I think this is horribly awkward! I know my Kheldian is hating it, since shapeshifting cancels the toggle.

I'd say that we are not qualified to judge whether is it 'good enough'. Only you can know if you did the best job you could, given the limitations you were working with. If you did, then the result is Excellent! Well done!
As for 'fan art', you're a fan and this is art - again, very nice, well done!
Be Excellent!
