More seriously, what I've heard other people complaining about is that *Tanks* will be ignored in favor of higher damage Brutes and *Defenders* will be forgotten in place of higher damage and nearly as buff-capable Corruptors.

damn just got Vista workin to were I like it (all the work arounds) even got my Nvidia card updated 185.xx finally after a microsoft installer program and drivercleaner.

As of Issue 13:

Resist Physical Damage went from 7.5% S/L resistance to 10% S/L resistance AND got a 25% resistance to defense debuffs.
Resist Energies went from 7.5% E/N resistance to 10% E/N resistance AND got 25% resistance to endurance drains
Resist Elements went from 7.5% F/C resistance to 10% F/C resistance AND got 20% slow resistance
Unyielding finally lost the 5% defense debuff
Invincibility lost a little defense per mob to compensate
Tough Hide gained 25% resistance to defense debuffs

...pretty sure thats across the board (Tanks, Scrappers and Brutes).

Great read I'm working on a dm/regen scrapper now in between farming prestige for my SG (yeah right lol) with my fm/sd scrapper. But I do like the recommended stuff and I really liked the Batman homage, I do see some changes I want to make (attack fillers) after reading this. Thanks!

...and this one would soooo rawk!!! I believe there national ice hockey team or olympic team (whichever)...there hockey sweaters (jersey) have the symbol (Scandinavian cross) on them.

It is a cool idea (Country flag capes) but I really dont see it happening for reasons stated here in this thread.

I made a thread in another post on the Scrapper forum toutin' Johns fm/sd guide and I believe a lot of people have used his guide.

Just checkin' the WW for ToD recipes and or the prices I think a set of Mako are cheaper now and more abundant, which is ok 'cause I'm gonna get me a set of them too

I've rolled my first 'troller that finally feels right to me...and I think (imo) the 2 guides are very helpful in there own ways I'm lvl 17 right now and kinda getting the hang of "containment" (I know I have a long way to go) cheers and rawr to all you firekins!!!
