    Your hit points go down to 25%, not 10% - and this is negated by the 75% (if slotted with 1xDamRes SO) resistance. In essence you have a high amount of defence against all damage except Psi but can't be healed.

    As long as you use it intelligently and wisely it's a great power.

    On the contrary, it complements regen extremely well as having different defensive methods (regen buffs, resistance buffs and defence buffs) stack better than just increasing one type of defence. This is why Stone tanks in Granite are so effective - combining defence, resistance and high regen (with Rooted).

    I've got Tough on my Claws/Regen but not on my MA/Regen and to be honest I haven't noticed a difference between their survivability on the way up to level 50. If you've got a load of spare power choices, go for it - but don't sacrifice other powers for the Fighting pool.

    MoG is far more useful than Revive, I suggest dropping that and getting ss or whatever MaX thinks it's best for you to get and keep MoG. That would gain one more slot for FA, the other I'd probably take out of Swift as an extra EndRed in FA is far more useful than a small bit of extra run speed.
  5. Is it needed? No. Is it useful? Definately.

    With Stamina there is no need to slot any end reducers (except in Focussed Accuracy), enabling you to slot your attacks with an extra recharge or accuracy which is definately worth it, in my opinion.
  6. My Claws/Regen has Tough but my MA/Regen doesn't - and to be honest, I haven't really noticed any difference in survivability.
  7. And this is why I think it's a bad idea for people to make builds without any experience of actually playing the set (forgive me if I am wrong, but I'm pretty sure you haven't got a high level Claws Scrapper).

    With 1xRecharge in each attack you can chain Strike, Slash, Focus and Eviscerate with a bit of Follow Up (which I see isn't there either - it does increase your DPS). Swipe, although better than pre-I7, still isn't that great a power at higher levels.

    Not 6-slotting your main attacks is never a great idea, imo.
  8. Reconstruction needs 3xHeal and 3xRecharge - it's one of Regen's main survival tools these days.

    In your opinion, even though you haven't tried it? MoG is a good power if slotted well and used wisely.

  11. Not to mention the huge -res, which would mean that most people could kill you in a couple of shots.
  12. If you stop playing at level 30/31 you probably wouldn't have some of your powers fully slotted, especially ones you get in the late 20s. I'd much rather have the large difference fully slotted powers make than the pretty small difference the exemp system gives to your SOs.

    You'll find that the Fitness pool will be far more useful than the Presence pool.

    Yeah, the damage was alright and I do admit it was useful to have from 18-32, but with my standard chain of Storm Kick, Thunder Kick, Eagles Claw/Crane Kick it just didn't get a look in.

    The reason most people don't slot Resiliance is because the res it gives is so low it's not really worth enhancing.

    I found Crippling Axe Kick pretty useless, especially when I got to 32 and Eagles Claw. The animation is just far too long and stupid. I'd definately prefer to have Dragons Tail as although it's not as high damage as CAK it hits multiple foes, has a quicker animation and has a high chance of Knockdown - something which will definately help increase survivability.

  17. End was awful on my Ice/Elec up until 22 when I got Stamina and SOs. From there I rarely have any problems.

    The best thing to do is have lots of CABs in your tray and use rest whenever it's up, as well as the usual things like not running Sprint.

    Keep going with it, it's worth it in the end.

    I have played a /regen scrapper before but was quite interested in the DM side of things.

    Intersing thing about reconstruction was when I used it last time it never saw the light of day after level 20 (once integration was available and slotted) so I didnt see a need for it here.

    Regen isn't the same as it used to be, the emphasis is now much further towards the click heals than the actual +regen.

    IH has a base regen rate of 800%, of which 200% is enhanceable. Heals are by no means essential, but they are still pretty useful, giving ~1000% regen.

    Not really, the animation is horribly long and it actually decreases your DPS. The damage is hardly any higher than Focus either.

    Nope, a Blaster's defiance works on inherent powers such as Brawl.

    ...amazing.

    Got my Ice/Elec up to level 22 last night, with SOs and Stamina it is the best character ever. I can't get over how quickly it kills things, people who say that Scrappers do the same amount as damage as a Blaster are wrong. Very wrong.
