  1. Stick with the SS/WP, the extra mitigation tanks get is mostly unneeded when you factor IO's into the equation.
  2. Sounds good. I'm just waiting till i21 to transfer my toons back over to Freedom, only have a Stalker over there atm.

I agree with this. I'd add SS/Fire, but seems like you want to stay away from melee AT's.

No, LotG's count as there own set bonuses, so you can have five of them and five 7.5% recharge bonuses.

    No, it's not.
  7. It's okay, but here are things you should change:
    • Go Mu Mastery for an extra AoE, six slot both elec fences and ball lightning and use damage procs. With your extra power pick, pickup stealth or something for another LotG.
    • Switch out the Damage Armageddon for the proc.
    • Take the 6th slot out of Rage.
    • Move the Numina over to health and slot a Miracle while your at it.
    • Get one or two more slots into stamina and slot the Performance Shifter proc.
    • Take the slots out of kick, they're useless.
    • Your over the cap for 5% recharge bonuses, so don't slot up temp protection.
    • Add another slot to Fiery Embrace.

    Psi/EM PVP build

Here's what I use. Force Mastery and Soul Mastery are both very good options too. Don't slot for defense, it's useless.

  9. Fire/MM and Fire/Fire are probably some of the best.
  10. I don't think regen is that great for Stalkers. You should be able to HP cap any Stalker fairly easily, so it turns DP into just a long recharging heal, plus MoG doesn't have psi protection.

Ninjitsu can be pretty tough if you HP cap it and get ranged defense, however it's very slot hungry since you also need to build for kb protection. Also, you can stack Kuji-In Rin for some nice psi res. Although in a team based setting, it's pretty hard to die as a Stalker regardless of the secondary.

Nothing really. It's pretty much all /Fire/Mu which can make any combo "good" at farming.
  12. The thing about Mind Control is it doesn't play too nice with AoE's. Your 2 lower recharging AoE controls are good at shutting down enemies, but they rely on not doing any damage to the targets afterwards.

Confuse is what you should be using the most. You can quickly take the bosses out of the equation and have their damage along with it. Dominate can shut down other hard targets too. The same with Mesmerize, but it doesn't work too well with AoE's and Confuse.

Mind can be one of the safest soloers in the game, but it certainly won't be the fastest. However, once you get IO'd out, reach permadom and get some defense, you'll be fine.

I play the game for fun, and shouldn't have to worry about people living in their mothers basement or 13 year old boys who should be in school.
Tell them to leave you alone and that they're creepy, problem solved!
  15. Soul Tentacles is terrible, you don't need an immobilize when you have a taunt aura.
  16. Fiery-Enforcer

    stone armor?

Well, Stone isn't that great before Granite.
  17. CJ + Hurdle is priceless for manuevering during combat, it's unsupressed movement.

No, you don't always have to, but it helps a lot to quickly position yourself to maximize your AoE's.
  18. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Will probably lose some ST damage because KoB + Gloom is just awesome. However, you'll still be putting out a lot of damage regardless.
  19. Fiery-Enforcer

    so perma hasten?

Make sure you don't have Foot Stomp toggled on with the FF proc.
  20. I'm almost finished with book 3, I've gotten past the RW and other crazy stuff.

    Must read faster...

No, I didn't count that, so you can add how many ever seconds you want. I started counting right before I attacked. Used herostats to track tix/min, but I don't remember exactly what it was, just that it was over 800/min before I clicked the glowie.

I like to start counting then because it's the most accurate when just comparing kill speed.
  22. Fiery-Enforcer

    so perma hasten?

Yeah, that's not close to permahasten. Even having 90% global recharge with 3 slotted hasten, the proc only sometimes makes it perma, depending how much it goes off.
  23. Rad/Son, Cold/Son, and Trap/Son all fit the description.
  24. Kat/DA will be super awesome.
