I was going to suggest some sort of mind dom too since you can reach permadom at lvl 22 fairly easily.
-
Because having a self debuff that doesn't accomplish its purpose is stupid.
-
Seems like you didn't factor in DR at all. You have no where near 75% resistance.

Quote:You would never die? That's funny.I don't hate heal decay.
I play in a /pain Duo and it already takes 5 or more to kill us unless we screw up. If we are allowed to spam heals as we please, we aren't going to die ever.
When we aren't dying ever, how long before everyone else does the same thing and it becomes a waste of endurance to launch an attack?
Edit: Just thought I'd ask, why do you want it turned off? -
Quote:You do know that TS and HD are mandatory for zone PvP?Still mute points and repeated opinions... If a PvE'r complains about PvP... we simply tell them that it's not mandatory and to avoid it if they don't like it, but you tell a PvPer that TS/HD is not mandatory and to avoid it if they don't like it... well they go on about how everyone shouldn't have to deal with it based on their own definition of fun... Go figure?

You have to consider elusivity also, which is the main reason PFF is viable to use.

When in doubt, roll a Corruptor! Except when it's Sonic Blast, then go with the Defender.

Quote:It doesn't matter how long it's been around, it has a HUGE impact on one's PvP experience. I really don't know why you're saying it shouldn't.Unless a person has been stuck in a box for a few years... TS and HD shouldn't be an issue or have that much of an impact on one's PvP experience.
Most people who don't like the system do stick to the arena and turn them off. But I, along with others still pop into RV when bored and it's not always feasible to setup an arena match. -
It's a valid statement when the argument he commented on doesn't make much sense.
Some people actually think TS is beneficial when it's really not. All it helps is unsuppressed targets to catch up to suppressed targets to land at least one attack. You see this doesn't help melee characters in the way people think. Once you're both suppressed, you're moving at the same speed, which is just annoyingly slow. In the end all TS does it make it very easy for a group of players to kill another player.
HD is just as much an idiotic idea as TS. I've never heard a good argument for this feature, besides from players fears of other players getting healed by emps. Guess what? It's pretty simple actually, kill the emp!
I assume most of the people who "like" the current system are all the bad KM Scrappers that think they will suck if anything is changed. -
4 Fire/Rads or Fire/Time Corruptors would be great.
If you don't care about the limitation of having the same characters, which I don't know why you would other than just because, I'd go with a SS/Fire, Fire/Kin Corr, and 2 Fire/Cold Corrs. -
Congratulations WARE on your outstanding accomplishment. You're almost at 5 million views!

Quote:Just because it's a global unlock doesn't mean it's a bargain.Only problem with that logic is that the game still gives VIP's 192 free slots (as well as the ability to get another 576) whether a player chooses to use them or not. It's not the fault of the company if a player refuses to use the game features to it's full potential.
The only way it wouldn't be a bargain is if it only applied to existing characters or individual characters and had to be purchased again for new characters.
And as far as the free server transfers go, I used them and I'll use them again. But I guess I'm just one of those most people that don't want them. -

I don't see what the issue is. After the first time this happens you'll be receiving your points on a consistent monthly basis.
You're really making a big deal out of nothing. And your example above doesn't apply because you're not paying for the free 400 points. -
That didn't include any recharge enhancement or Hasten, so it should be fairly easy to achieve.
Just to show some numbers for MG because I feel like it. MG needs to recharge in at least 5.94 seconds.
18 / (1 + 2.03) = 5.94 -
You need the same amount of recharge enhancement for Smite and Blaze which would be about 191%. Midnight Grasp needs a little more, 203%.

Quote:That's nothing unique to MM's when you're comparing yourself to terrible teams.Say what you like, but there are things my Mastermind can do that whole teams have failed at.
Not bad for an AT that's "subpar to pretty much every other AT."
The fact is on high end teams, MM's are subpar because pets are stupid and slow. -
I voted for you and called Konflict fat. Hope that helps.

You can flip it around and say it's sometimes better on a Brute. Although, I'd say it's better on a Brute most of the time, specifically when it's paired with a taunt aura. Where the Scrapper only has two secondaries to work with that fall into that category.
-
I took Cardiac on mine, even with Consume you can start to run low on end if you punch out damage at full speed. Spiritual would be the other good option, recharge is always nice. Musculature isn't worth it on a Brute.
-
Some of the chat limitations weren't well thought out and are pretty stupid. I get the idea that they don't want spam everywhere, but instead everyone will just go to the help channel instead.
-
SO's only? Make a Willpower Stalker.
-
No, don't skip it, that's pretty dumb IMO. Besides what would you take in it's place? Some other crappy ST attack?

Quote:If you do that I'd replace the Steadfast -KB with the res/end if you toggle on Tough that is.Fiery, That's a really nice rework, I like it a lot. Now I also agree with the 1 or 3 KB IOs thinking, since 1 is enough for almost everything and the few things for which 1 isn't enough, 2 isn't either. That said, for this build I'd consider taking the Karma -KB out and moving it to DF to put the Lockdown proc back in.
I'd be at 2 -KB IOs which is a little silly, but at least the Steadfast is granting a bit of extra recovery.
