No, you are wrong. The "pink scribbles" in the Mental APP armor is ATROCIOUS and much more bothersome than Hasten. If they take care of Hasten I will be thrilled, but not if I still have to put up with those stupid scribbles.

So tell me how is it fair that someone who spent their own money on a service gets that service taken from them just because they aren't paying the 16$ a month. This is clearly just a way to get more money, someone who paid for a service shouldn't be denied .Premium players might as well start a new account, they really aren't gaining much of anything by coming back...
Well, I guess this is what we can start looking forward to. A lot of people cry-babying because they didn't bother to READ THE DOCUMENTATION to see what they're entitled to without paying.

Your friend is NOT PAYING. She's lucky she's getting ANY ACCESS AT ALL.

GR was required to access the incarnate system, but the incarnate system came an entire issue later, and it has ALWAYS been made perfectly clear that the Incarnate system is a VIP only perk. Just because you and your friend never bothered to read any of the copious posts and charts doesn't mean Paragon is the one in the wrong. It's you.

I'm suddenly finding myself reversing on whether or not I want free/preem players to have access to posting. This is going to get tiresome in a hurry.

I know when I switch sides I start tip mission teams. And I have to do that for at least 4 days. That's 4 days of me populating the other side and running missions that I never would have if patrons were on the blue side.

Not to mention I rolled a brute and went red after praetoria just because of darkest night and my build plans. And some accolades are easier to get red side so that and the patrons pushed me to the red side.
That's you. That's not most people. When I'm side-switching JUST to get a PP, I don't run teams. I don't talk to people. I blast through tips as far as possible at -1/x0 using stealth if I have it. It's just an inconvenience - I add nothing to redside by being there for the 4 days it takes me to get my PP and leave.

Almost all the Patron Pools havea corresponding APP theme...

Soul can easily be replaced by Dark. Mu by Electric. Leviathan by Ice. And Mace...well you get an Arachnos Mace, why would you get access to that? What if you avoid all Arachnos missions (it is possible).
Wrong. Power-wise, maybe, but thematically and looks-wise? Not a chance. Show me something in the Ice pool that lets me FIRE SHARKS AT PEOPLE and I will agree.

I wouldn't mind if they moved the Patron arcs and made a blueside equivalent where you beat the guy up and take his powers, that's fine. Just don't make me waste my time side-switching to do it.

Aha, but it wasn't! I dropped $50 on the Paragon store the day i21 went live (so I could get those global costume slots) and got my freebie token then.
  5. Yeah, I'm kinda confused as well...

I hit T9 so my next 3 tokens were gonna get me those sweet celestial pieces...

So tonight I got paid and paid for $30 worth of points, since my account renews on the 2nd, so I wouldn't have to wait long for the third token.

Then I logged in and had... 3 tokens waiting?

    What?

Why would you fight the ambushes? They don't need to be fought. Run through and click all the glowies.

How exactly could you fail the arc? Seriously? What would be the fail conditions?
  9. I had very little trouble clicking the glowies with igneous chucking crap at my head. On corr/def/troller toons. If you're having an issue, eat a couple lucks.

The trick is to NOT STOP RUNNING until you hit the glowie, click it, and RUN. If you stop at any point, you let them pile up around you and THEN you are hosed.

Would love this to happen as soon as possible, really don't want to take my mermaid scrapper redside just to get leviathan powers. maybe also make things fair by letting heroes fight recluse solo, rather than forcing us to do the stf or rv to get a poke at him(or a very lucky safeguard mission)
Well Villains don't have to fight statesman to access APPs do they?

I would love to see pages linked here on the main website, or even an option to go to those pages when you finish the arc. I'd love to see that. But the "enter game" screens are jarring and don't seem to be much use.

Beg pardon? I've been reading comic books since middle school. I AM a fan of the genre. But I'm also a gamer and waiting for other people to read through the book WHILE on a team while other people wait for them is just bad gaming.

    8-10 minutes per run, tops.

There are only three groups you absolutely have to fight - the ones at the end of each mission. Everything else you can get past with no stealth, just ninja or beast run and sprint. I've managed to click all three glowies in the ambush mission very quickly, on a squishy (most of my characters are defender/corruptor/controllers [let me add how painful soloing the level 20 controllers were!]) without taking significant damage or having stealth.
  14. Villains and Rogues already get APPs now without having to jump through any hoops.

Please make the Patron Pools available blueside without having to swap all the way to villain, do the arc, then go all the way back to Hero.

I understand there's a flavor to the Patron pools, but seriously. The convenience needs to go both ways.

If I had to wait for people to decide to page through a comic book at the beginning of it? No thanks.

I think they added this when the devs announced the Vet perk in which you can skip certain powers in the travel pool...I think it was called City Traveler?
No, I was trying to drag EPP powers up to level 35 like my partner says I can, but I don't seem to have the technique or I'm doing it wrong or something... he says it works for him

Granted, yes, they *DID* say level pacts would last until after the head start has ended, which it hasn't. But they *did* give notice, which you seem to be under the impression that they did not.
10 hours does not make notice, especially when it contradicts previous information.

some players dont have a thousand dollars or more to spend on credits. we actually play the game and earn our rewards, powers, etc...

you nerf builds and come out with other builds more powerful than the ones that were nerfed. ie: fire tanks/invulnerable tanks = nerfed and Stone Tanks were the new ones that were more powerful than the tanks being nerfed.

you nerfed ice trollers from 5 hack frosts dwn to one with absolutle no control capabilities and come out with masterminds with about 8 pets that can be controlled.

you nerf farms. why? almost everything we do in the game can be considered a farm. oh you dont want the game to be compromised? well then why do you allow us to buy exp boosters that last one hour?

rnjoy the extra money yu make from the one's who can afford the moneu to buff up all their lvl 50s, lol.

You explicitly told us that Level Pacting, while going away, would be available through the VIP Head Start period.

Then today, I get a patch, log in and discover you've disabled the feature PRIOR to the end of the VIP Head Start period and WITHOUT WARNING that you were doing so. Even a simple "Hey, Level Pacting ends tomorrow!" would have been nice.

    Why did you do this?
yup, that's the same answer I'm looking for. No one's bothered to respond yet. Pretty shoddy behavior for this CS team.

  22. I'm totally confused by everyone saying it takes 40 minutes to run this arc twice.

The first time I did it, totally without having any idea what was coming or the layout of the maps, yeah. 20 minutes.

I've got a lot of alts. Everyone did it twice. My average time was about 10 minutes, my best time was 8. For 2 AMs. nom nom nom.
