Training enhancements are not IOs, and free players are not locked out of all enhancements. Just Invention enhancements. Free players can slot Training, Dual Origin and Single Origin enhancements just fine.

If people are farming, that's what they're looking to do. People who are farming (or even PLing for that matter) aren't being forced into some sort of weird slave labor.
People who are looking to run teams aren't looking to farm, nor vice-versa. They're not overlapping groups, and have nothing to do with one another.
People looking to farm are getting loot. People looking to play the game are looking for experience - either xp, or the experience of playing the game. The fact that some people want to farm doesn't affect the getting of a team, because those people weren't going to be playing missions anyway. -

You seem to be assuming every person had access to the Street Justice set while it was in BETA, and were able to afford the time to level a character there and test it out completely. You also seem to be ignoring the new players coming in who don't really get (IMO) a good method of trying out powersets before purchasing them.
EVERYONE had access to the beta forums to read the feedback thread on StJ. EVERYONE.
Yes, there were reasonable ways to preview this set. Because someone was too lazy to bother doing so does NOT mean that it wasn't available to them. -

There has been some discussion about StJ feeling weak.
Mostly cause its aoe's never actually hit anything, at least sweep doesnt.
The AOEs are your own personal hobby-horse. Personally, my StJ character doesn't have any unusual problem with his AoEs hitting. Then again, I know how to line up cones, having played Dark scrappers and Defenders since 2004.
What level did you play your character to? Did you fill his slots? With what? I think this is probably a user error more than a powerset error. -

Kinetic melee may be a lousy set for tanks and brutes. But for scrappers (with criticals and a higher base damage coefficient) it can do really impressive single target damage. Definitely not an AOE set though.

My billing date was Oct 3.... I don't fee l like I'm "months behind" if I get my points on October 11. I'm a little miffed I don't get a token until November 3, but hey.

My KM scrapper certainly feels superior, and puts out awesome numbers, to my other scrappers. I love my KM scrapper, she's my fav scrapper!

Maybe the problem is less of how Sister Psyche is drawn, and more of a problem with people thinking a hero can't have an "Oh no!" look or perhaps the artist couldn't draw an "Oh no!" look, or perhaps other things went through people's minds because they see sexy Sister Psyche in a pose with her mouth open!
Obviously I seem to be in the minority, but when I first say the splash page, I didn't think any sexual about it, and though that was her in a stunned look as meteors are falling around GC. -

Hm. I wonder if they can even invite other characters at this point. As I've said, it's their own "2-man" SG, so I can't pay the upkeep for them unless I've got a character in it.

Posting for a friend who can't post...
Married couple comes back to the game, my best friends, who've been playing the game off-and-on with our group since i0. They've got enough tokens to access bases, but can't pay their upkeep? Sadly, their personal SG is just the two of them and their alts, and while the base upkeep says it's due, the gent in City Hall doesn't give them the option to pay upkeep.
When was this added and what's the point of it? Why give Premiums SG access if they can't pay the base upkeep? Or are we missing something obvious? Are they bugged? Can anyone shed a light? -
My husband's having a problem with his Beam Rifle character - he's tried to change the beam color to plasma green - it shows that way in the tailor - but when he's out in the world, but beam is white.
I'll tell him to try changing a costume piece too, maybe that'll fix it... -
