I'm new to the forum, so forgive me if this should be posted elsewhere. I have a 15th level rad/rad defender that I created mostly to sidekick and hang out with a friend who has a 27th level blaster. I went along just for fun and to be his human bandaid, but I've started enjoying this character more than either of my higher level characters on other servers.
What I'm wondering about is the comments concerening slots for rest. I'm still fairly low-level, so I've been using my slots on my offensive and debuff powers. Is it worth using slots at this level on rest? I'm assuming the enhancements are to decrease the recharge time?
