Ok, so the -recharge from Granite Armor prevents Hasten from being perma even if it's 6 slotted with 50++ SOs. My question is, does membrane work better than a 50++ SO for recharge, and will it allow me to perma Hasten with Granite on?

So does Shadowhunter have a hero version of him like all the other Praetorian archvillains or did I miss that somewhere?
