Well ... the higher voltage goes hand in hand with the higher transfer rates and faster timings. They should have a DDR3-1066 or -1333 setting with more conservative timings that can handle 1.5 volts (which is the DDR3 spec actually).

But leaving them set at 1.5 volts while running them faster and at the better timings would be a problem.

The funny thing is I totally forgot that Brawl, Sprint and Rest are inherent powers with slots. I keep thinking about AT inherents.

Well there really isn't an industry standard for reporting response time, it varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

But you should be aware the 2 and 5ms times are the very best time and doesn't represent the mean time of the panel. A pixel may be able to go from any value to full off or full on in 5ms but going from 25% on to 75% on may be 25ms. 60Hz is 16-17ms BTW. On top of that they only can achieve those times by actually displaying the wrong data for a moment as the panel is actually over/under shooting the target value and then take a while to stabilize at the correct value. Example of what I'm talking about.

Then there's input lag for the whole display on top of that, time from frame data received to frame being displayed, that isn't discussed on the monitor's spec sheet. Example of input lag, last picture on page. Both monitors are being driven by the same card, the time displayed on both monitors should be identical.

Well then, everyone with the problem.

1. Open support tickets for the pseudo-deleted characters.
2. /bug the problem including steps to reproduce it.
3. PM Ocho or Mod 12 about this thread so he can show it to the right people.

I haven't heard if they are planning to nerf the inherent fitness pool somehow (lower base values of each power, make them unslotable or simply buffing of the standard character base values for those four attributes).

It's possible that because they aren't available to all body types, the patch note was change to no longer list them as an available costume set. So the devs are probably aware.

Pre ED means the number you get when you add up each enhancement separately.

This number is fed through the ED mashing equation which limits a the actual value to something in the ballpark of three even level SOs to get the actual total enhancement value.

Well that depends on what you consider to be ED cap. I always thought of it as pre-ED 100%. For me the math doesn't work out for 4 caps in 5 slots.

Two dual aspect IOs is equal to 1.25 single aspect IOs, three triple to 1.50 and four quad to 1.75. A level 50 Schedule A IO is 42.4%.

100% pre-ED would then be 2.36 Level 50 single aspect IOs, 3.78 Level 50 dual aspect IOs, 4.72 Level 50 triple aspect IOs or 5.40 Level 50 quad aspect IOs.

So to cap 4 aspects you need 9.44 slots for single aspect, 7.55 slots for dual aspect, 6.29 slots to for triple aspect and 5.39 slots for quad aspect IOs. While quad aspect comes very close, I don't think there are enough quad aspect IOs in Acc/Dam/Rech/End Rec and even if they were they would have to be level 50 IOs simple to come close (pre-ED 92.75% for five quad Level 50 in 5 slots).

Now pre-ED 92.75% is nothing to sneeze at, it'll give you 91.3% post ED on four aspects. But I don't see you hitting 100% pre-ED in four aspects for five or even six slots.

Take his vehicles. The scallop winged Batplane (I had a model of that as a kid) or the "bat shield" nose of the Batmobile are throwbacks to the 1950s Batman. Even that was before my time and I have no idea what the dialog was like from the comics back then.

According to Wikipedia, The Brave and the Bold comic took off in the mid 60s due to the Batman TV series and became an exclusive Batman teams up with <blank> comic. I also have no idea what the dialog was like in those comics either.
