I just respec´d my main and old fire/fireblaster, made him to farmbuild, all i need for doing farm´s is a couple of blues, maybe some lucks aswell, and i kill mobs faster then most fire/kin´s...pop aim+bu, then attackchain of fireball, fireswordcircle and combustion,while running hot feet and the aura fireblasters get . = dead 6 man spawn mob. This toon sucks alot of end tho, so always need a couple of blue insp´s.

I would like to see a scrapper beat a decent troller, against a ill/kin, scrapper would need a BIG load of both bf´s and blues, and the scrapper prob wont get into melee range very often due to slow of siphon speed, fear, holds, getting end drained etc...even my kin/psy fender owns scrappers, only SR i have probs with

No you are not a bad pvp´r for using insp´s, they aint there to make the screen look pretty. Like u said, u are the better one coming prepared with a load of insp´s i always bring insp´s to a zone, well, IF i can remember to lol.

Permafrost is the only power i would concider skip from the ice primary. And not taking Glacial Armour is just plain silly, no def against energy damage? Good luck tanking a bunch crey Paragon protector´s in a mob, they land a couple TF´s and boom, your dead....and tough and weave is very good if you are PVE based, takes the edge of the alpha hits wit the +res of S/L damage and weave makes your def very good.

I´ll keep these things in mind when pvp next time! LOL!

I dont have a single set bonus on the toons i play in pvp,just SO´s, and i still manage to stand my ground pretty well in the zones. I got owned pretty often in the beginning, a good way to pvp is to learn how every power affects you, your foe etc. What happens when i do that? Wich attack should i use first for best outcome, there are many ways to figure out to be able to come out on top. And there are and always will be builds that are more or less suited for pvp, wether u like it or not.
What i wanted to say really is, with just experience u can come a long way.

Yea, nice to know im not alone, was thinking for a long time now to roll a TA fender for pvp.

Oh dear, time to step the cash grinding upp then...double xp and inf weekend plx...

And who will roll a willpower/dualblade tank/scrapper/brute/stalker in pvp and make it FoTM?

Yea would be nice, you could for example show the newcomers the TG´s phoneboth´s of death....

Was good fun, felt a bit rusty at the blasting part, managed to get a few kills in with my fire/fire thnx for fun guys

Well, at start i was teamed upp with TG, Psydock and another blaster i cant recall the name off, but we disbanded our team and went solo(part from psy who teamed with a elec/elec blaster), was fun with just good old bashing...

Just registred my tank and troller...

So who´s coming tonight? For once i am, im sick and cant work so ill come tonight and kick some bleep!

I must say, dont think i have been caged that much ever, first match i was caged about 70-80% of the time, wich made my taunting not that effective.

Second match it was better, found there blasters much better, was only caged for about aprox. 30% of the time lol. Was great fun, hope to do it again!

Wich means 9 pm (swedish time) for uss swedish gits...

if its a pve toon, take the AoE´s as soon as possible is my advice. On my Kin/psy i had both scream and tornado 6 slotted, run in and drop FS, back upp a tad, then fire off scream and tornado and u have taken about half health of the group or groups (?). I really had a blast lvl´n my kin/psi to 50, as your attacks is very unresisted you arent that much behind blasters in damage when u have FS and power build upp. Very good suport toon.

Just a comment about the blaster, i have in every way tried to get my fire/fire blaster good in pvp, but the fire secondary is so lacking in damage compared to em or elec, only thing u will find usefull is firesword basicly, maybe ring of fire to imob the foe you are facing. Belive me, i have wasted about 3-4 respecs now to get him closer to the uber blaster builds such as Ice/em or elec, or Fire/em or elec.

But its fun tho, its a challange to get the kill in with the fire secondary lol.

the fact is, i havent ever played AT with TA, so i dont really know what debuffs the powerset gives, but i have been owned by a ill/TA troller once, only thing i remember about that fight is i couldnt barely move, so thats when i got interested in the set.

umm, TA/ill?TA/fire? im not thinking of trollers here, defenders mate...


But yes im gonna make a fire/TA troller sometime to try in 1 on 1.

Lo peeps, have been thinking off this for some time now, but wanna know if someone has tried it before.
Is TA/sonic or Psi any good?
Dont want the FoTM fender rad/psi or sonic, as everyone has one off them.


Would be nice with an answer from someone who actually has played one. The debuffs from TA is nasty and if i go Psi i get very rare resisted offense. So what u lot think? Should i bother lvl´n this toon?

Ps. This toon would mainly be for 1 on 1.
