Fakeplastictree

hello i have this prob that wen i go to my Char's i pick one then push connect and then nothing at all happends it just wont let me in to the game

my specs are
AMD 5600+
2 gig ram
2x N8800 GT 1 gig ram each ( not using SLI )
1 x LG flatron lcd screen and 1 x Samsung syncmaster lcd screen

i am using the latest patches and drivers on my Pc

plz help me get back in the game
