But I know for a fact they are tough. Base raid with Goonies happens next wednesday I guess, and we at least consider ourselves 'just for fun' PvErs I'd say. Lets hope that our base doesnt crash this time.

Does level even impact that much? I mean, I don't think the usual ToHit-vs-Defence checks (ala PvE) operate in PvP, nor the damage scaling.

It was weird, we all spawned and kinda screamed 'jesus, [censored], where am I?!' followed shortly by '... oh, there you are!'.
And then we got the screams of 'OH JESUS, I'M STUCK IN A BOX'... good times.
It was strange, the defensive items sure annoyed us (well, my, god damn interrupt on recall friend), but it didn't really hinder us as far as I'm aware.
Still, it was good to see someone else think of base design when it comes to raiding.
Shame it was such short notice, we can usually garner about 12 people for a raid, but it was fun. Can't wait for the (hopefully bug free) rematch. AND the arena fight, eh, EH?! -
Mmm, loyalty pie...
Still, looking forward to a fun raid with The Goonies. -

Now, as for /Empathy... Stamina isn't needed, but if you're controlling and buffing, you'll want to keep a damn good eye on your End bar.
For Healing Aura, I'd go 3x Heal, 2x Recharge, 1x EndRed.
Res: 1x Recharge
Clear Mind: At least 1x Range, 2 if you've the slots handy. Three's good, but 2's almost as good.
Fort: 3x Recharge, 3x Def. You may want to swap one Def to a ToHit, but the base is pretty high and people should really go 2x Acc in attacks/mez's anyway so it's not much of an issue these days.
Recovery Aura: 3x Recharge, 1x EndMod. Unless you're team is LUDICROUSLY End Heavy, you shouldn't need more.
AP: 3x Heal, 1x Recharge, 2x Range. But that's PvP Spec for my Empath. :P
Regen: What pretty much everyone else has said, 3x Recharge 3x Heal.
AB: 3x Recharge, 1x End Mod. Minimum in my opinion. If you've spare slots, maybe go for heal.
The main issue with Ill/Emp is that you've got tough slot choices, you can't really max one area without slightly neglecting another.
If you're going for PvP, I'd lean more towards Empathy than overall Control. If it's PvE, then I'd probably skip Absorb Pain. Lock down the hard hitting targets with PA, Spectral Terror and hold spam instead of AP'ing.
If you're going for an all round build, looks nice apart from a few slots I'd change. -
Orion has the cookie, the quoations make the bind recognise the entire string as one argument.

It boosts Regen and Recovery, and I'm pretty sure AM. I sure as hell feel the difference between boosted and unboosted AM. -

Seriously, in addition to the 'no cape or aura' aspect, I'd like to see Tights only. It's all about Poly's, and tights have the least. -
I don't think it was Nerfed, and it's certainly a fun power. But it'll chew through End damn quick and can be quite the annoyance to those that need to get in to Melee.
On the other hand, the badump-sproing noise is indeed amusing.
Basically, if you've the spare power/slots and you've nothing else to take, it can be fun/handy to keep nasty critters out of Melee, like Warriors. -

Increase Density it's impossible to keep perma on all the team, it's the best unmezzing power tho, when you see 'ZZZZ' you just hit em with ID, it's not a buff like Clear Mind or Clarity, it's a power to use to unmezz people, not to keep them buffed.

See, to me you've got it the wrong way around there. ID has an absolutely brilliant resistance buff, whereas CM and Clarity don't. I'd use them completely the opposite way around.
